Simon and his team do a brilliant service. Care taken for property. We have used them before and we would recommend if you require windows doors or anything like that give them a call. Brilliant

From the start Mandy was great to talk to. Steve arrived on time and straightaway found the problem. Even gave us solutions should the problem reoccur. Great service from both.

This is the only company out of seven (Edinburgh & Glasgow) that I contacted that: did not cheat me, did not have manipulative selling techniques, had a woman as a dealing contact (huge prize to Mandy), did not talk about irrelevant nonsense (apparently called small talk, which is neither talk nor small, but an emotionally draining manipulation to figure out how much I can afford. They don't do that - what a relief!), and was honest.

I am especially happy from the big triple glazed, tailor-made downstairs window. There had to be some redos to improve initial installment. But yes, I'd use them again.

Good pricing, and very responsive staff! Highly recommended.

We had amazing double glazing redo all our windows, patio door and fit two new internal composite doors.
Simon, Alexandra and fitting team have been fantastic throughout. Communication has been great. Time and price fantastic.
The fitting team were clean, respectful and new what they were doing, approachable and answered any questions. Minimal issues and were fixed quickly as possible.

I’ve recently had new windows fitted and I received a great service from beginning to end. Alex and Mandy were great in the office and the installation team did a fantastic job installing 8 of my windows. I would definitely recommend them.

Messed up the windows, lied to me said they were fine.

Turned up to fix them but they were too messed up to fix, the guy that turned up said "a child could have done better".

Then they turned up a third time about a month later at 3pm and Simon the owner actually asked me how he should fix the windows. The technician who turned up with him said it was a terrible job not knowing it was the owner of the company that had done the dodgy work. When I told him who did it he said "it wasn't him that did it, he owns the company, he knows what he is doing", when I said it was as I was here when he started it, the guy was speechless.

They also damaged my toilet seat without offering a solution.

To make matters worse they have contacted me about this review and in a sternly worded email tried to gas-light me about what happened.

Had new high quality front door and bifiold doors installed. Prices were good, customer service was good and installation team were professional, tidy and quite fast too! Definitely recommended.

Great quality windows with a much quicker than expected turnaround time, the team were so lovely and very efficient getting all the work done to a high standard in one day leaving no mess. Very fair pricing too, would recommend

Great, friendly & efficient service by the team, also cleaned up after, highly recommended.

We had a large old conservatory completely refurbished by the team and a new lightweight tiled roof fitted. Whilst we had a few issues to deal with, we could not have wished for a more committed team and Simon was such a help. In short:
Great knowledgable hard working team
Great advice and communication was five star.
Problems do happen but customer service was excellent and the guys worked extremely hard to resolve issues.
They kept in regular contact and worked around our availability.
They were extremely reliable with great time keeping. Cost was very fair too.
We are delighted with the finished product and would highly recommend this organisation.
