Can’t access my account
I can’t access my account. I put in my email address and password, it then sends a verification code to my phone, the problem is I no longer have the phone number. I can’t find any way to change my personal details to upgrade them, as to change the details I have to submit verification code which is going to a now non existent number. I have also tried sending emails, the automated reply sends links but I can’t access them as I have to enter my details and it send a verification code to old number to proceed. There is no number you can phone or online assistance you can communicate with to rectify the matter. Meanwhile a monthly subscription I no longer want is being taken out of my account.
