I accidentally wrote the wrong postcode on my delivery address - thankfully Kim at customer service sorted it immediately and the jeans arrived quickly.
Sadly there was a little damage to the jeans, Kim quickly organised a new pair to be delivered.
Kim’s been very patient with me and is genuinely providing great customer service.
It’s very refreshing!

The best jeans I've ever bought, I've got 6 pairs now bought over the last few of years and they are still as well made as when I first bought them. The stretch denim has developed over the years and is the ultimate stretch denim for us hourglass thick thigh, small waist gals. The pull at the back is just the icing on the cake!
I was also diagnosed with Crohn's in 2024, and I can comfortably wear my Ambelas all day even when I'm in pain. Worth every penny 👌🏻

Wow. I cannot overstate this enough but these jeans are incredible and I have been wearing them everywhere!!

I am a tall, plus size gal (6ft1, Size 24) and I have only been wearing joggers/jumpsuits/loose fitting trousers for about 2 years now. Finding trousers that fit well and stretch with my movement actually felt impossible until now. I know this might sound slightly over the top, but seriously being able to buy clothes for my body again has been everything to me.

Lovely materials and great fit from a company I know cares about making clothes for someone like me. What a joy! Cannot recommend more!

I am glad I tried these jeans, (straight leg) they do exactly what it says on the tin. Super comfortable and look better than pretty much any other stretch/straight leg I have tried. Looking forward to the wide leg release!

I can't imagine I will be writing about a jean review in a thousand years. The fit suits my Black African tum and bum. It really is a game changer for my body. The length and the inseam are just perfect fits. I'll buy another colour. Love my Ambela jeans to bits.

I love my jeans from Ambela. They are soft comfortable and stretchy. I think next time I’m going to size down just for a slightly tighter fit

I've struggled to find jeans that are comfortable and flattering on my belly since having a baby but these are so comfortable! The stretchy material means I don't feel restricted with my range of movement either. Delivery was so quick too!

I’ve been wanting to try these jeans for ages but always out of stock. I recently managed to get my hands on a pair of the straight leg jeans and I must say they are worth every penny. I am 5.7 and a size 12-14 so ordered a 12 and they are so comfortable. I got a regular length but would say even for me I think they are just a touch too long for trainers and a shorter length would have been better… anyway I know for next time and I can’t wait to get my hands on another pair. I’d love some of the mum jeans and shorts xx

Ordered my first pair of jeans after seeing Cary on instagram. I didn’t hold out much hope as I have about 30 pairs of jeans in my wardrobe and not a single pair fit me properly. They are all uncomfortable to wear and are tight or baggy in all the wrong places. I have a small waist and an extra large butt and thighs and these jeans fit so unbelievably perfectly a were ultra comfy!! I went and bought a second pair immediately and have alternated between them both since. I can not recommend these jeans highly enough and I already have told all my friends and family about this brand too. Well done guys for smashing it out of the park on make inclusive comfy jeans!!! For reference I range from anywhere between a size 12-16 in jeans depending where I am buying them from and how much stretch they have. I now have these jeans in a 12 and a 14 and they both look great!

Even though I had to return as the regular length I ordered was too long and am yet to reorder, I can honestly say that this company is an absolute pleasure to buy from, the best online shopping experience (even better than John Lewis) with easy navigation round the website, keep you in the loop emails, not too many, just enough, and a so easy to create the return. I also really loved the packaging, a nice thick crisp paper bag, just so professional from start to finish, I will be ordering the right length this week. I did briefly try the jeans on and they were INCREDIBLE! Soft, but firm, stretchy and sooooo comfortable, my nail technician (who has many pairs) told me about them, and I had now told my daughters who will also be purchasing in the future. Well done for getting it right, it’s so rare these days!

These are the comfiest jeans ever! I actually don’t think I’ll ever buy jeans from anywhere else now! Really fast delivery as well- my order was dispatched within 40 mins of ordering!

The only thing is it would be nice if there was the option to exchange items instead of just having to return and re-order

Absolutely fantastic customer service! I ordered some of the straight leg jeans and they were amazing quality and the fit was so nice, I really struggle to find jeans so I was over the moon to find such a comfortable stretchy jean. Unfortunately the straight leg just didn’t suit me.
I struggled to return them as I couldn’t find my order number as I never received an order confirmation email. I contacted customer service who responded the next day with my order number. Unfortunately I had just missed the return time frame however when I contacted them again they very kindly said they would accept the return and instantly gave me a returns label. I was very grateful as they are expensive jeans (for good reason) Now I’m waiting patiently for the mom jeans style to come back in stock as these will suit me much better.
Thank you again for such fantastic customer service! I will certainly be ordering again.

The most amazing jeans ever… I swear it’s like having a pair of gloves on your legs, they fit so well, and absolutely comfortable, they move with you as you wear them, no more waistband digging into you. Super fast delivery too, these are my new go to jeans from now on. I shan’t be wearing anything else but Ambela from now on… worth every penny.

These jeans are amazing! I ordered mine from NZ and they took less than a week to get here which is unheard of!
You can squat, splits, enjoy life and BREATHE in these jeans! Only regret is not buying more
