Bought this last month and am loving it so much I decided to get some more. Great service and this is also by far the best price available.

So glad I can source Death Wish coffee in the UK now so I don’t have to pay crazy shipping prices from the US!
The coffee is excellent, new style packaging and 7 months to go on the Best Before date!
Let’s hope for more of the Death Wish coffee range.

I’ve been wanting to order some coffee from here for a while but was unsure about it as I couldn’t decide what I wanted to purchase. However I saw that they had started selling sample packets of coffee and had a little look and decided that I would just go for it and purchase some. I purchased a selection of coffee samples to try I received an email to say that they had been dispatched the only thing I would say about this is that it doesn’t give the option to track your order which would be helpful but that’s just me being impatient I think! my coffee arrived and it was well packaged everything I ordered was in there too all clearly labelled as to what they are and how much coffee to use. The samples are really good they are a very good size and much bigger than I thought they would be so was pleasantly surprised when I received them. Overall I am a very happy customer and I will definitely be ordering again in the future.

After numerous emails to American coffee club, they did not reply to any of them. All creamers ordered never delivered, only coffees. Poor customer service. I see others have had a fine experience. But just hope nothing is missing because you’ll never see your items or money again. There are plenty of other companies out there We’ve used who have always delivered. I’d advise to shop around before purchasing.

In response to reply from company - email was very much sent as address was copied and pasted from your website. The email was sent on the 2nd December 2021 at 19.42pm. You definitely received it but chose not to reply.

If you had read my email I was not demanding a refund at all but only advising to perhaps include in the description of the product that your coffee will go out of date a few days after purchasing to avoid unhappy costumers. Which I feel is a good idea as looking at reviews others have missed the small print of a lucky dip expiry date of 1 month, 1 year or 2 years. Best of luck with your business.

One pack of creamers arrived damaged, all pods had leaked all over the flimsy paper bag they were packed in! Rude and unhelpful customer service! No longer a customer

I didn’t read the terms and conditions so didn’t realise that the packets arriving seemingly crushed flat, was the result of air being extracted to keep the coffee fresh. This originally distressed me but the support that I received from the company was exemplary. Informative and friendly throughout. The coffee itself is fresh, lip smacking and smells wonderful. Recommend highly.

Received both bags of coffee in unpresentable condition, which was not good as they were gifts. For how expensive they were I expected better. I think a lot of problem lay with the packaging.

Packaging that it was received in, along with the actual boxes that the product came in were both damaged and torn open. Looked as though it had genuinely been trod on or ran over.

Bought as a Christmas present. The service was great and nice to receive a personal email - not from a robot. Well done. UPDATE: Make sure you check the date on the package - they were informed it was a Christmas present and the date on the package is Best Before 30 December 2021 and they will not replace with a better date - so not a happy customer.
