Outstanding service and customer care. Robert is a pro and his balance of professionalism and friendliness is hard to find in the industry.

I went in for an oil change at 8 am. I was first customer there. I didn’t leave until 9:20am. Also, guy at counter told me conventional oil change was $35. I gave him coupon for $15 off. At the end, he hands be bill for $35. I ask, “What about the coupon?” Oh, $35 is already a discounted price, so I can’t apply the coupon.” Gee, were you planning to tell me this? Terribly uncommunicative. The customer service was extremely disappointing.

I was looking to replace my 2 front tires….. Mo was very easy to talk to professional and courteous. I didn’t have to wait long as I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I’ve also had my tire patched here in less than 20 minutes by Patrick who is very efficient. Art, the manager really tries to work with all the customers. I highly recommend this place and will keep coming back.

The service I was provided was excellent.

Salesman seemed sincerely interested in helping me. His inspection of my vehicle revealed a nearly broken engine mount. I'm glad I got that fixed! The price of the four new tires was quite reasonable. Received a ride home while repairs were being made. I came away with the feeling I came to the right place.

Service was quick but not thorough. I told the tech at the front desk several times that the pressure in one of my tires was known to be low, but after replacing two of the tires (not the one that was low), the pressure had not been remedied. I didn’t realize until after I left, so I ended up visiting a different American Tire as I went about my day. This one had a free tire pressure service set up which allowed me to drive right in to get the pressure corrected. The tech was great and helped me very quickly, but said I might need to consider replacing the tires that hadn’t been replaced because they could see concerning wear. I would have appreciated this information from the first visit, so that I could have had all of my tires replaced if necessary. Now I must take an additional day to get a second service done and may still end up with different tires. A bit frustrating. Generally I love the service I get at American/Discount tire, but this was not one of the better experiences.

They always make time for me and get it done in a timely fashion for a fair price.
