This place rocks. The customer service was on point and efficient.

I was ahopping around for tires and this place had them all in stock, changed the tires in less than an hour and the best price.

The manager was very friendly and helpful. My front driver-side tire came apart on the freeway.A new tire was put on in about 40 minutes which I thought was very reasonable since several people were ahead of me. They checked my tire pressure in all my other tires.
I was satisfied and will be a rerun customer.

EXORBITANT OVERCHARGE taking advantage of my stranded circumstances.

On Friday 08 Dec 2023 at 5:45Pm the Adams St location sold me two tires: Summit 205/60R 16 92H ULTRAMAX for $127.99 apiece (before charges for balancing + taxes) for a total end cost of $340.

These tires cost only $63.09 apiece on Amazon and $65 apiece at Walmart. Moreover, Discount Tires quoted me today that they would have provided me with the same tires for $205 total end cost after installation. So American Tire overcharged me $135.

I felt stranded and over a barrel on Friday at 5:45Pm: so I paid what turned out to be the exorbitant amount of $340 so I would be able to get home.

The following day I checked out prices on the Internet of competitors, and then I telephoned American Tire in compliance with their request on Yelp. I asked for a refund. I was told that the only resolution they would offer me would be a free oil change.

I don't do many reviews but these guys are worth my time to do a review. I bought a set of tires for our GMC Denali about 5 months ago. Great price and I was in and out quick. Bought another set for our MB G63 yesterday. Great price and again in and out quick! Both cars have 22" tires so these are premium tires that they priced really well! Both Arcen and Tony are great there. I HIGHLY recommend!!! And they are conveniently off the freeway.

The team at American Tire, were great. Patched my tire and had me back on the road in under 30 mins.

It was Monday morning they got me in and fixed my tire problem with in a few hours even though they were busy nice and friendly very helpfully will be back

The price was very good and they didn’t have the tires on stock ,that I order online but made it up with a better tire the price difference was so minimal .

They have a great selection on tires with great discounts.

It was a long service wait. I was not shown the damage to my tire they said occurred. Prices are low so that made it for the long wait..

All things were perfect except lack of explanation of tire information. They installed summer tires, not all season ones, without letting me know. But works for me.

Eddie was most helpful and gave me clear estimates of the work needed, new tires.
