Every step of the way there was great communication. They were easy to reach when I had questions. The process was simple and they did a great job keeping me informed. Better yet, my mom received more benefits than we were even expecting her to receive! I highly recommend American Veterans Aid. It's worth every penny to have their help cutting through the red tape and making this process as easy as possible.

Everyone I spoke with was extremely helpful, explained the process and answered all of my questions. Getting VA benefits is a grueling process and I never would have been able to navigate the system on my own. Benefits took about 6 months to receive but finally came through. Everyone treated us with dignity and respect as we determined our mother who was 97 qualified for Veterans Aid since her husband, who had passed several years ago, served in the Korean War. It was well worth the $1500 to get the complicated government paperwork completed correctly and we were able to get back pay for 6 months from when the initial request was made.
