America’s Crate was a gift for my father for Christmas. He loved it so much we renewed for his birthday and then again for upcoming Father’s Day. We are extremely satisfied with all aspects and look forward to sending another subscription in the future.

I have enjoyed the service and the things that we received. I recommend this company to everyone.

My wife bought me the 3 months subscription as a Christmas present. My initial thought was that this is pretty cool since it supports American made businesses.
The first box received had a pilsner glass with an American President's image, a shot glass, a fairly cheap money clip and a tree sapling to plant in my yard (Hello!!!! It was January and too cold to plant). Based on the value of the few products received, they are making big profit margins. The next box was a repeat with several of the original box items - plus a few other cheap items.
The REAL PROBLEM is that they renewed the three-month subscription BEFORE the third box was delivered. The company did not respond to three attempts to cancel the subscription and get a refund. VERY DISAPPOINTED in the bait and switch tactics and lack of response.

Absolutely fabulous! Bought the year long subscription for my husband and we both love everything that he gets! It's like Christmas every month for us!

Jason and the logistics team helped me get the first box here for my husband as close to our anniversary as they could and it truly means the world! I’m so grateful I can support this awesome business as it supports small businesses throughout the country! Counting down the days to see the first crate arrive! Thank you Jason and all who helped!

I have purchased subscriptions from America’s Crate twice for my father as gifts. He is a huge fan of made in the U.S. products and has deeply enjoyed the boxes. Recently, we had a difficulty with auto renewal happening unexpectedly, and the company was quick to respond and rectify the situation quickly. If you are looking for a fun subscription service, this one delivers! Thanks for a great job done and wonderful customer service!

My husband is the recipient of these fun crates, but I may have taken a thing or two for myself ;). I highly recommend them not only for the fact that all items are USA made but for the feeling of Christmas you get every time you receive one! And final note, customer service is TOP NOTCH!

I am very happy with all of the items in my crate and it feels good to support companies in the USA. I had a question about an item in my crate, where to order more for gifts and the response was polite, professional, and quick. I look forward to future crates and will recommend the America's Crate to friends and family.

I have received my second box and I am pretty happy. Alex in customer service was a great help in tracking my box. The latest box had 2 bags of bacon jerky that I really liked. I didn't receive the email that gives product descriptions and I wanted to order some from the company. Alex was able to forward my question on to Jason in the product department says the jerky company in AZ is trying to get website up for orders due to the high demand created by America's Crate customers.
I am hoping the next box will include some grilling items I have seen in videos of other boxes. Very happy overall.

Bored during the pandemic and feeling patriotic I subscribed: paid $167 for 3 months. Got my first box and so MAD!!! A shot glass, bottle opener, a beer glass and a zippo lighter that DOES NOT WORK! This is a scam!!!

Very disappointed in the boxes we received! I thought my husband was going to love them, being American made and everything but we literally paid $150 for 3 pint glasses, a 1/2 dead tree and some beef jerky! I was not very impressed with them at all and don’t think it was worth the money whatsoever!

I bought this as a Christmas gift for a family member for 3 months and cancelled the membership because they were not happy with what they received.The first box was 2 glasses and a zippo.The next month was the same glass from the 1st box. Tried to look for a phone number to be able to talk to someone unable to locate only communication thru email.What upsets most about this company is I thought we had the option to cancel anytime we wanted which I did and they still are charging me for more subscriptions that I know longer what to pay for and took out of my account and will not refund me for those that I haven't received .I have done other boxes with other companies and this company is by far the hardest company I have ever dealt with .I gave only a one star because they didn't give me a option to give a big fat zero.Stay clear of this company it's not worth it

Not only did I get a pint glass in my first box shipment, I then got my second box, not only with another pint glass, but it was the same exact pint glass with the same design. That was disappointing, especially since I only signed up to receive three boxes total and I already got a pint glass. Maybe there can be an option for people to opt out of alcohol related items too because not everyone drinks. Not saying that I myself don’t want alcohol related stuff, but there might be some people that may be turned off by that. Just because you’re asking for my opinion, when I think of American-made, pint glasses don’t necessarily come to mind. I think of bespoke items such as leather goods, candles, soaps, wood related items, handmade...not a mass produced pint glass. The concept is great! The items like the sequoia tree and hand grenade soap are totally on point and bravo! Sorry, maybe I’m just a little upset that I got another pint glass and not even our best President, Donald J. Trump. 😜 #MAGA

I can't seem to cancel a subscription I didn't sign up for. I paid more to buy a 1x Christmas gift and the $130 boxes keep rolling in. For this I say STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! You can't reach anyone by phone either.

Love receiving interesting products I would have never heard of before

If you love America, GET. THIS. BOX. Beautifully crafted American items. I am ecstatic when I see me Big American box at my door. Top quality AMERICAN made awesomeness in every box!!

Neat items for few dollars a month. I really like the idea of supporting small US businesses. I subscribed to the basic trial package and looking to upgrade. Really enjoy the products.
