This is my first order & I'm ready to try the products. Everyone I've talked to has been really nice and helpful, not pushy or trying to pressure me into anything. The website is very easy to navigate as well as informative about the products. I'm actually excited about being able to purchase products without all the chemicals that are in everything in the big box stores.

It was our first time to order the process is easy. The shipment arrived when they said it would. Delivered fast and friendly

Pam Thomas was so nice. She led me through the process and was so patient with me. I was impressed by her. I have not received my products as we speak.

So far, the experience of understanding and trying Switch Away has been positive. Freida has been able to answer most of the questions I have, and she is helping to guide me through what might fit me the best. She seems available, accessible, and trustworthy.

Do not really know yet what I think but I do know I have no idea how to place my second order so I will call customer service. Really like every thing I have tried so far

A lot of items in the initial box I do not use. I've been ridding my home of toxic chemicals for years. Even though your products are non-toxic, I still do not use anymore.
So far we tried the coffee and it is AMAZINGLY delicious. And, one of the snacks was very good.
Ill try the other products since I paid for them or maybe gift to friends.

Everything about the store is great. Loving the American made products. The lady that called me, was very informative and very nice. She answered all my questions.

Amy was very informative without being pushy. I was familiar with Melaleuca so I knew this was quality product.

I just made the decision got my first full order. I’m impressed with what I see but I’ve not put on using my products yet, but I am sure that choosing American products choosing clean products, with safety, convenience, and reliability . I was under the impression the ingredients/products were natural and non toxic but after my first order have since found out that isnt the case.
Of the products I ordered, they didn't work better than other products and actually have to use more to try and achieve the same results.
I will be canceling. Do your research prior to signing up. The people telling you how great it is are just trying to get you in under them so they can receive kickback, not because the products are that good!
