It was quick and easy to follow from the start. Beth was knowledgeable and helped me work my way around the site. I’m excited to start helping independent retailers. Fed up with conglomerates taking over and most of all the ingredients. I do have a concern about maintaining points. I’m a household of two and don’t go through most things monthly. But, I’m willing to give it a try and I hope it can work because I have been agonizing about where I could shop in this current political environment and not go against my own interest.

Frieda was very kind, informative, and easy to converse with. Ordering was easy and the choices were plenty but not overwhelming!
I was a member about 20 years ago and loved the laundry detergent so I am happy to have a chance to use it again.

I did not like the marketing that leads you to believe it's an online big-box store like Costco, because there are not nearly enough products to choose from. And being very health-conscious with the products I use, could hardly find anything that was truly pure and toxic-free. Also think the point system is unnecessary instead of using dollar amounts.
