Very frustrated with Ames. I received my compression stockings but tried to order 2nd pair with an AW 20% coupon and was on the phone for 1/2 hour and never got a person on phone. The recorded message said leave name and number and will get a call back and I NEVER Got A CALL BACK. Why List Customer Service number for assistance when THERE is NONE. I tried for 2 days and never got through automated voice message and NEVER GOT A CALL Back.

The product I received was great recommended by my vascular surgeon in treatment for DVT for treatment in swelling in the legs. However upon receiving the socks and wearing them for several days, all throughout the day and off during night, I didn't notice an improvement with my condition of DVT in the leg. While some people may benefit in my case that doesn't seem to workout. Well I'll have to look into other alternative methods to treat DVT. 3 months on blood thinners and I still have it.

I have used Ames Walker to purchase compression stockings for several years and have been pleased, both with the customer service and the quality of their products (the Ames Walker Brand). I would have given a 5 star rating, except that recently, I'm having trouble finding a selection of regular knee high compression garments that are not primarily making a new fashion statement. I'm not looking for diamonds and polka dots. I'm looking for knee high compression stockings that don't draw much attention to themselves. The new stockings are fine, just don't make it hard for me to find the old sheer knee-high style I'm looking for. Thanks.

I've been buying the AW compression pantyhose and thigh highs for a year and I have no complaints. They're definitely worth it I still have a few pieces that were apart of my first order that I can and still wear so that speaks of their durability as long as you care for them

I purchased the open toe/open heel style compression socks. I did not like the ribbing around the open heel as I wear a brace on my right foot and the thick ribbing did not feel right.
I returned the socks for credit.

Great panythose, very little to complain about. I appreciate their almost flawless design and construction. I am very small, have bi-lateral lymphedema; they are a life saving.

I ordered Sigvaris panty hose, 15-20 mmHg and only wore them twice and they started tearing on both sides of the crotch. I'm on a fixed income and needless to say, I had to wait a while before I could order. I'm very upset about this whole situation.

I have always liked Ames Walker products. This time I ordered the panty hose with the toes in. I think I ordered the wrong size. The product is fine just can't get them on. I'll probably go back to the individual hose and not the panty hose.
