I bought an AM27C400 adapter for repairing my Amiga 500 and they helpfully asked me if I wanted a better mail service, I opted for the default one and I was pretty pleased to receive my adapter very well packed and in excellent state.

I’ve ordered from this company a few times but the most recent order was not right. I ordered a capacitor kit on EBay for my friends A1200.

I then realised after installing what was delivered there were 2 caps missing. I reached out to them to be told that they check everything before postage. I pointed out that one of the strip of caps in the kit should have had 4 caps but there was only a strip of 2 caps.

The other caps in the kit had the right quantities per strip. They requested a photo of the strip which I did and they told me they would send out the missing caps.

2 weeks later nothing was posted out to me. I chased them twice but got no response. In the end I had to order the 2 missing caps of the same brand from Digikey in the States which cost me nearly as much as the kit itself due to overseas postage costs.

I am really angry about this and will not purchase from this company again. Just wish I had seen all the other previous negative reviews on here. Their customer support doesn’t seem to be fit for purpose. Not good at all for a company claiming to be the biggest supplier of Amiga products.

I've been buying bits and pieces from Amigakit ever since I got back into owning real Amiga hardware about 11 years ago.

After mothballing it for a few years as accelerators were expensive and hard to find, I bought one of their PiStorm add on's which really changed what I can do. This has let me explore so much of what these amazing computers were used for when they were in their prime and see where they stand in the present.

I've bought several of their modern hardware upgrades and replacements for the 1200 and now I have an Amiga 2000, I've made my first order with them for this.

Along with the above, I picked up one of their A600GS units at a sale recently and have been burning the midnight oil exploring this. I had some issues with it so emailed them Sunday night and got a reply Monday morning with a solution. They even came back to me when I thanked them for their help and wanted to know what I thought of their latest build.

I'll be looking to get some repairs and recapping done at some point and these guys will be the first ones I'll be talking to as they really know Amigas.

I have been using Amigakit for many years without any problems. My recent purchase was a Zuluscsi blaster and arrived in two days.

I bought a used A600GS with a locked serial code and a broken system. The support directly answered my mail and helped me to get the system running again. And that on a saturday. So i definitely give it a 5 star rating :-) Thank you for the fantastic support :-)

I was on holiday in the UK and had only a short time to get some Amiga goodies delivered to my family's house before flying out. I was worried that they would arrive after I had left.

But there was no need to worry - the items were soon on their way from AmigaKit and reached my family's house in good time. Now they are with me on the other side of the world, and I can install them in my Amiga. 🥳

I recently purchased a A600GS and am incredibly happy with it.

The computer took 5 weeks to arrive but the website did specify that there would be a shipping delay. It would have been nice to have been given an estimate on how long the delay would have been but the item is here now and all is well.

I contacted Amiga Kit on 2 occasions. Once regarding the order status and again for technical support. On both occasions the team responded very quickly to my questions and were very helpful.

Overall, I have been very satisfied with the experience.

What can I say about AmigaKit? My experience with them has been pretty awesome. I made an error on my address with a recent order to an previous abode and a paniced email from me after noticing my error, AmigaKit had it resolved blindingly quick with polite and curtious service. The item I ordered arrived quickly and the communication throughout has been top notch. I've ordered several things from AmigaKit over time, even placing another order today. I will continue to do so because pricing is competitive and the service and communication for me has been flawless. Something that unfortunately other companies struggle with. So, in a nutshell, I would recommend AmigaKit without doubt.

I’ve just ordered a PiSTORM for my A1200 and I have to say the level of help I’ve received has been first class. Communication has also been exemplary from start to finish as well.

I have ordered 3 different items, the price is really good, the service and the shipment were excellent.
Despite the Canadian Postal Strike that disrupted the delivery and returned the package back to the sender, they have managed to deal with the problem and ship it back to me. I look forward for some other things to buy from AmigaKit!

I made an order a few months ago but no delivery. I made 2 phonecalls and maybe 10 emails. Maybe 2 mails were answered but no resolution. I payed and did not receive my products, I feel scammed.

Bough a A1200NG board. Turns out it uses the same software as the A600GS one but in my case it won't recognise the board and switch to the correct version of the software. Support not answering me for over one month. In addition I have an order pending for OVER ONE YEAR for a joypad and a second one for OVER ONE MONTH for an SD card. Support is silent. Terrible support. Once I am done with these order won't order again anything from their store or of their stuff

Excellent company. First time I’ve used them and the experience couldn’t be better. Extremely helpful and friendly, went above and beyond to my expectations with my order. Need item quickly for gift and they had it to me the next day. Truly awesome, highly recommend.

Sellers are all good untill something goes wrong then you find out their true colours, ordered from these people recently and they sent the incorrect items and then ignored my messages, oh we are away at the moment! Bollocks

If you own an Amiga of any kind it would be madness not to check out Amigakit first.
