I signed up with AMK Global in August 2023. Since then, I have been kept waiting for nearly three years without a proper resolution. During this entire period, I suffered financial loss, emotional stress, and continuous false assurances.

I paid approximately CAD 13,500 directly to AMK Global, and my total loss has reached around CAD 16,000, including visa fees and other personal expenses.

Before signing the agreement, I was clearly told that my case would be taken “to the end” and that I would be brought to Canada no matter what. Even after multiple visa refusals, their representatives — especially Mr. Sammy Singh — repeatedly assured me that my case would be taken to court and that I would not be abandoned midway.

None of these promises were fulfilled.

My application was submitted late, I was repeatedly asked for additional payments despite being told no further fees would be required, and my case was eventually terminated without my consent and without valid justification.

Initially, AMK Global used to conduct group meetings with multiple clients. However, once clients started asking questions, sharing information, and realizing inconsistencies, these meetings were suddenly cancelled. After that, communication became limited and unclear.

When I finally demanded proper explanations, I was blocked completely by both Sammy Singh and San Mahajan instead of being given professional answers.

There are many other clients who are still suffering and being dragged along without clear outcomes. I am writing this review only because I was left with no other option after being treated unfairly for such a long time.

This experience caused severe emotional distress and financial damage. I strongly advise others to be extremely cautious and to get everything in writing before dealing with this company.

Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this agency to anyone.
From the very beginning, it seemed that their primary objective was to secure sponsorships and collect LMIA-related payments. Once those fees were paid, the quality of service and communication declined dramatically. During the visa stage—the most critical part of the process—the lack of professionalism became impossible to ignore.
The communication between staff members was completely disorganized. I uploaded every required document through the client portal they created for me, yet I continued receiving requests to upload the same documents again. This demonstrated poor internal coordination and an unacceptable level of incompetence for a company handling immigration matters.
Before signing the agreement, I had a direct phone conversation with Sammy Singh. I specifically asked whether my money would be refunded if my visa application was refused. He clearly assured me that it would be. Although the written contract stated otherwise, I relied on his verbal assurance and signed the agreement in good faith.
In September 2024, Sammy Singh informed me that my visa had been refused. When I asked why, he confidently claimed that the refusal was solely because I had failed to achieve the required IELTS score. One month later, after receiving my official ATIP notes, I discovered six different refusal reasons. Not one of them stated that my IELTS score was the reason for the refusal. This completely contradicted the explanation I had been given.
If I did not have sufficient qualifications or enough immigration points from the beginning, I believe I should have been informed honestly before being encouraged to spend thousands of dollars. Instead, I was led through an expensive process that resulted in a refusal while important facts were never clearly explained.
Another serious issue is the financial burden placed entirely on the client. If documents are incomplete or incorrectly prepared and your application is refused, you are expected to pay additional fees for new documentation while previous payments remain non-refundable. The client carries all the financial risk.
As a result of this experience, I lost approximately CAD 11,450—money I earned through years of hard work. The financial loss was significant, but the emotional stress, wasted time, and disappointment were even greater.
If you are considering using this agency, I strongly encourage you to conduct extensive research, demand that every promise be provided in writing, and never rely solely on verbal assurances.

It was supposed to be a higher rate but then a very disappointing incident happened. The card I used for the whole transaction was unauthorizedly used. I never used it to any merchant that is why I am certain that my information was compromised.

The card was used 3 times. Though I have reversed those. I hope this will not happen to your future clients.

Also - I could have picked up my WP sooner. I was trying to apply for an OWP(Spousal). However, there are major changes in IRCC.

“I applied for my Canadian work permit visa through AMK in 2022. However, since it was shortly after the COVID-19 pandemic, I have not received any response regarding my application to this day.

AMK has not provided me with any options or updates. I even visited their office in the UK, only to find that they do not have a permanent office there—it is merely a virtual workplace.
