Terrible service
I ordered an ottoman bed from Ayzlan in January. After ordering, the communication regarding a delivery date was not great, but the but the bed did arrive within the three weeks stated on the website. Things were going well!
However, the headboard did not fit up the staircase. I had recently renovated my house so was unable to measure accurately before ordering. I contacted Ayzlan about returning/changing the order. They reassured me that it was not a problem as I could pay an extra £300, they would collect the headboard, split it into two parts and return it to me. Again, I thought - this was excellent.
However, this is where things started to unravel. I waited a month for the headboard to be collected. I was emailing constantly and heard very little in return. When it was eventually collected (in early March), it was collected by a van driven by one man. The man was unable to lift the headboard and it was lucky I was able to get someone to help. It was so precariously placed in the back of the van that I took pictures of it. I didn't think it was going to make it back in one piece!
I have now been waiting since the beginning of March for my replacement headboard...I have sent many emails, most of which are ignored! The last contact I had was at the end of March telling me that my order was in production and I would be informed when it was ready for delivery. Bearing in mind that they deliver a brand new bed quicker than that, I find it hard to believe that it has taken them this long to make one headboard.
I have emailed several times asking for a refund. These emails are ignored. Although, ironically, I am being sent regular emails asking me to review my new product! I am not sure they want my review!
Since this process started, I noticed that the company website has now changed to 'Amore' rather than Ayzlan. I am now doubtful I will ever get my refund without taking them to court.
What is frustrating is I am now left with part of a bed (which is obviously useless without headboard), and no bed to sleep in. I would definitely NOT recommend this company. I cannot comment on the quality of the product as I have been unable to test it; but, their customer service is terrible.

Amore made the process so seamless and nice. The quality of the bed is amazing and we chose it with gas lift storage and its taken care of our storage issue haha.
Delivery was nice and easy, only took around 7 days for it to arrive and the drivers were so nice and friendly too. Overall this has been a breath of fresh air experience for us and very stress free as well specially when furniture ALWAYS causes stress haha.

This has been by far one of the best furniture buying experiences we have had in a while. Our bed arrived in perfect condition and packaging. Looks fantastic and has completely transformed our bedroom into a 5 star luxury hotel haha!

Such a waste of money
Really wish I didn't have to write this review, but after failing to receive any help from customer support I have no choice. We ordered a bespoke bed in December 2024 and the service then was great. When the bed arrived, it was wrong - we had ordered an ottoman but they sent a normal base. The customer service team then said that they dont do ottomans on bespoke size beds, despite us having paid for the ottoman base and this never being mentioned until after delivery. its now been 2 months of me trying to contact them for a solution, being met with nothing but empty promises. They have stopped answering me, and I have not received a refund. Absolutely terrible! Not worth the money, the bed is nice but certainly not worth the steep price tag. Really disappointed, I would avoid at all costs.

An excellent range of beds I must say
An excellent range of beds I must say. We bought two- the Harold wide headboard bed with a 90 inch high headboard extended panels and gas lift.
The Buckingham Mirror bed with a 90 inch headboard and gas lift and we couldn’t be more happier with both of them. Great quality, both beautiful designs and delivered really quickly too. Amazing customer service too as we were kept informed of our order.

By far one of the best companies I have…
By far one of the best companies I have dealt with. We now own 3 beautiful beds from here. Each made to the highest standard of quality and such strong sturdy build.
This time we went for the Windsor mirror wide headboard bed and we wanted some custom bespoke dimensions for our master bedroom as it was bigger than their standard dimensions on the website. I got in touch, provided them with a sketch of how it needed to be and the necessary dimensions and viola! It was made to absolute perfection in 2 weeks! I was surprised at the turnaround time since this was much bigger with a high 90”inch high headboard but still they adhered to their speedy delivery times and delivered.
On the day of delivery the guys were absolutely amazing. They setup my bed professional and were very careful of my bedroom not to damage anything.
I have nothing but praise for them and will definitely be recommending them to friends and family.

This never happened and strap that lifts bed has snapped.
Impossible to contact on phone and sent numerous messages but never received any reply

The gas lift mechanism is designed to be strong and robust to maintain structural integrity and ensure safety during use. For this reason, it won’t feel soft or light, as it needs to properly support the mattress and stored items.
That said, we’re sorry to hear about the issue with the strap and that you’ve been unable to get through to us. We have checked our systems and can confirm that all emails and calls are being responded to promptly, so we’re concerned that your messages may not have reached us.
Please do get in touch with us again, and we’ll be more than happy to assist you. If the strap has broken and this has caused inconvenience, we can certainly look at arranging a replacement or finding a suitable solution for you.

I have been asking for A FULL refund to no avail. I had to buy another mattress. They are now ignoring emails. I regret ever buying from them.

SCAM
SCAM, BEWARE, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY: Not contactable via email (bounces) or phone (line went dead), they did send part of the Ottoman we ordered but no legs and no way to contact them to rectify this. The better reviews on here may well be fakes.

I placed an order on 30/11/25
I placed an order on 30/11/25, fully paid. It said online that it was in stock and would be delivered in 10-20 days. I'm still waiting, and they are no longer replying to emails. If it stated more clearly on their website that it could take 20 days plus up to four weeks, then I would never have ordered from them. Would not purchase anything from them again and would advise folk to avoid.

Ordered a super king bed from the company and when it arrived the quality was very poor. When you email them, they very rarely reply. I requested a refund and wanted to send the item back to which they replied saying that they would make a replacement headboard, I emailed straight back to say not to bother as I would like to send back, to which they waited 3 days and then said that the headboard was now in construction. This was over a month ago so that was a a load of rubbish if ive ever heard. I just want a refund. I’ve never been so disappointed in a purchase, and it wasn’t cheap

I have purchased the Scarlett hybrid…
I have purchased the Scarlett hybrid bed, and I am super satisfied with the bed. Made to perfection, I honestly cant fault it. The mirror just gives it such an elegant look. Its really well made and the mattress I bought with it is also really comfortable. I have been having such a luxurious sleep on it ever since it arrived. Me and my boyfriend assembled it ourselves instead of paying extra. It was easy enough with 2 pairs of hands and some know how on assembling furniture.
