Arrived on time and as described. However, I had to purchase a separate down pipe drain system as the ones provided did not go down to 50mm which was the OD of the rainwater down pipe on our summerhouse.

Overall a happy customer
I was pleased with the company service,in particular Gary, with Amazon Shipping being so incompetent who over a 7 day period tried each day to deliver to a non existent business address,even after I gave them my home address twice in change of location box.
Gary arranged a new delivery for me that arrived 24 hours later.

Opps - my fault!
Quick delivery, but the delivery ended up in the wrong block of flats. Recognised the photo sent about the delivery. Retrived the package to realise the Post Code was correct, but the flat address was wrong. Can't blame the driver. He got the package in the "ballpark". I must have messed up the address. Good save!
