This service is a complete scam. I provided an Apollo link to get specific data, but they failed to deliver what was promised. After deducting the payment, they stopped responding to any query. I still have 13,000 unused credits, but they refuse to refund them. When I tried to extract the data for those 13000 credits, they provided nothing. Avoid this platform at all costs

It's an absolute scam of a service. Avoid at all cost. Uptime doesn't work. Export doesn't work, and most importantly, the data is garbage. It's not actually exporting the data from Apollo. It's giving you placeholders and other junk.

The leads are high quality, I don't know what these people are talking about but they're all on the list that I asked about.

I made a mistake and uploaded the wrong list (i did tell them right away to cancel it), they refunded credits for me. very high recommendations

Everyone, as much as possible avoid this service. There is no customer service, no one will answer you. I uploaded 3 scraping jobs and these are not the leads I wanted. These are just random emails with God who knows who are these contacts.
I sent email but no reply. They just got my money without even doing the right job.

Worst service out there for Apollo scraping. The guy who owns removed all my purchased credits after I raised a ticket, when they were saying failed for my scraping requests.

They use an outdated Apollo database for their backend, so approximately 50% of the leads you receive will be invalid. Not recommended to use this at all 😡

AmpleLeads is a standalone version of the Apollo Scraper from Apify (which was recently delisted). Unfortunately, this version is completely broken and unreliable.

We’ve had a pending scraping task since October 24th, 2025, and it still hasn’t been completed. Despite that, their dashboard continues to show a “99.9% uptime” claim and a message saying “expect completion within 24 hours” — which has now been false for over a week.

Support admits there are ongoing issues but refuses to post any real updates or downtime notices on their site. Instead, they keep repeating that “Apollo made some updates,” without providing any concrete resolution time or transparency about when (or if) it’ll actually work again.

We finally had to request a refund, which they eventually agreed to - but the experience wasted days of time and created unnecessary uncertainty.

Not recommended. Look for alternatives that actually communicate with their users and maintain the tools they sell.
