I've joined two of Amy's webinars recently. Amy is very passionate about helping others in their job search. She is more than about teaching you what to do but is passionate about sharing her knowledge and equipping you with the tools to set you on the path to a successful job search.

Amy is a consummate expert in all matters HR and DEIB; I appreciate her engaging facilitation style and willingness to share her story and incorporate elements of others' experiences in her presentations. I found a post by Amy on Linkedin on Thursday morning and was in her salary Masterclass that evening. The session was packed with data and insights from her long career in recruitment but space was also held for us to share what we maybe don't readily share with others or admit to ourselves. In just a short amount of time, we'd been encouraged to uncover and identify the value and worth that we bring to our roles and also practised how to have that difficult money conversation as part of an application process. 10/10 and a must for anyone on the fence about how to negotiate their compensation package.

Amy is a brilliant speaker and very knowledgable about the recruitment process. She has some excellent tips to help you find a job and negotiate your salary that I hadn't heard before. I will definitely be implementing those in my job search and would highly recommend working with her if you need some help navigating the job market.

I’ve just attended a salary negociation workshop with Amy, and it was a very insightful experience. She provided us insightful advice, and the workshop participants were able to share their experience in breakout sessions.
Focus was also given to underrepresented communities, which was particularly relevant as those traditionally get below industry average compensation.

I have enrolled in Amy's salary negotiation masterclass. During the breakout sessions I got an opportunity to practice the concepts I learnt during the session. Salary negotiation and any negotiation for that matter is an uncomfortable thing for me. Being able to role play and practice being uncomfortable in a safe setting helped built my muscle memory.

Amy gave so many insightful ideas that can be really put into practice. Her wise words hit home how often we shy away from asking what we are worth, she taught us practical solutions on how to rectify that. Amy was warm, friendly and very inclusive. I would definitely go one one of her courses again!

This workshop was a great opportunity to get the inside track on how to manage salary negotiations from an experienced recruiter. Busting the myths and tackling the emotion of a negotiation scenario (which is never an easy situation to be in), Amy shared great tips, all of which are tangible, relatable and that I can benefit from immediately. A great session and highly recommended.
