I sunk 32K into this scam company over a period of 1 & 1/2 years. Once they get you on board, they keep asking for more money with a personal website, optimization search engine that gets your book to the forefront, billboards, ebook fees. My book was never published. ALL I got has a flawed copy that was not formatted correctly from the digital manuscript.
Don't trust these crooks with your book or give them any money.

Total scam based in Pakistan, not the US. Sent them a manuscript with photos to be added and they only did the first 2 pages semi-properly but the rest was rubbish and haphazard. Then changed handlers for some mysterious reason from Jordan Francis to somecnt Hernandez.

**DO NOT BE SCAMMED!** Stay clear of this company at all costs. I am giving them a one-star rating, and if I could, it would be even lower. They are completely untrustworthy. I made a payment for a project that was due in January 2025, and as of May 14, 2025, it has still not been delivered. I’ve had to resort to legal means to recover my funds. Protect yourself and steer clear of this company!

I am writing a memoir about my father, who passed away in 2022. I entrusted this company with the most intimate project I have ever undergone, and they failed me. My services with them began in April 2023. Initially, their services seemed promising, and the project manager, Aaron Flinch, was professional and attentive. I was happy to see that they took my project seriously.

However, as time progressed, my happiness converted to sadness and anger. Aaron and his team stopped communicating with me and adhering to deadlines. I admit that I had a few setbacks and missed a few deadlines. I made changes to the project, but I was transparent, apologetic, and communicative—something they lacked. When they did deliver the work, I gave them feedback, which they rarely incorporated. I had to remind them several times to include the correct edits. It became a nightmare having to go in circles. They also changed project managers several times (Aaron Flinch to Mason Fernando) without my knowledge, and I had to repeat the entire project to the new manager.

The most painful and frustrating thing was that they failed to meet my deadline. Since the beginning, I have mentioned to them that my deadline is the summer of 2024. I adhered to their deadlines and submitted my manuscript, but that deadline was NOT met. I reached out to them and consistently reminded them about this deadline. I was committed to the project and did my part by adhering to the agreed-upon deadlines. They assured me it would be done, and the publishing process and delivery would take about a week since my manuscript didnt require significant editing. I had already hired other professionals to correct grammatical mistakes, develop editing, and translate from English to Spanish. I originally wanted 20 copies but reduced it to 5 copies to expedite the process, but they still failed me.

I made several requests to get my money back, which they refunded. However, they failed and denied refunding me a large sum because they had "done their part." They worked on the book cover, which I liked, but made minor edits to the manuscript. The "work" they did was little and subpar. In one conversation, Mason Fernando told me that losing my business didnt matter to them because they were a large company, and losing my business would make a small "dent" in their finances. I attached a few screenshots illustrating their level of incompetency. PLEASE avoid contracting with this company. It will save you a lot of unnecessary stress.

Do not ever use this company. I turned them down for a promotion deal and they continue to harass me with phone calls. They are crooks and scammers

I am turning them into the Texas Attorney General office for fraud. They said they were with Amazon. They are not. They said they could publish my book in a short period of time. In July,2024, I paid $1999 and sent my manuscript in very good proof read condition. They said their conversion program yielded some problems. It took me months and ended up with 40 pages of corrections that were sent to them. After several submissions they stopped responding to my requests or answering my emails. I have asked for my money back and have not heard from them. I have published four other books and have never had these problems and unprofessional conduct. Paul Pantleo, DDS, PhD.

This company is a scam. I sent my manuscript and decided it wasn’t a good fit for me. Now they are threatening to publish MY book without me. I’d give negative stars if possible…

There are many publishing companies that have similar names. This review is about one that goes by AMZ publishing and has a feather logo. Their website is at amazon publishing dot company. The home page is turquoise green, yellow and black with two people sitting on a stack of books. It is unclear where they are located. I was sucked in by the sales person, Ryan M., who told me all of the wonderful things they could do for me. They even gave me a payment plan. I should have known they were not great when my "team leader" set a phone appointment and did not keep it. When we finally talked for the first time, it was like talking to a very busy call center in India. On that first call she told me I could only speak to her and no one else on the team. Weird! She was nice but inconsistent. When it was time to publish I was given multiple dates that came and went. At that point, without any warning, the woman I had worked with for months was gone and I had the team manager, Paul H. to work with. My emails often went unanswered. In order to have them upload the manuscript to Amazon, I had to open a KDP account that had the same password as my Amazon account. I also had to give them the one time code. This made me very uncomfortable and I quickly changed my password after. The book got published a few weeks ago and has several small typos. Paul H. refuses to fix the typos unless I give them $500 more! The file they sent me is a pdf that I cannot edit, so I can't fix the typos myself. I would definitely not recommend doing business with this company! I hope this review saves someone from dealing with these people. Also, do yourself a favor and read the reviews on Yelp too. They are spot on.

I had a fairly good rapport with my publishing team. They did great work with the cover. They listened to my suggestions. Every now and then I'd be curious about something, and I would have to be proactive about inquiring what something means, or why something was done the way it was. I would have liked to have been kept in the loop a little better (e.g., why certain decisions were made, etc). But all in all communication was good. Also, I am an amateur at editing and formatting. It is an area I needed much help in, but I ended up having to do some of the work in recognizing whether footnotes were done correctly. I noticed that they weren't consistent the way I wrote them. So, I had to speak up about making sure we standardized them. But aside from a few areas where I felt I was on my own with respect to catching formatting mistakes, the team did a wonderful job!

First of all, the quality of their work is outstanding. Second, I know that I can count on the director of the project to listen well to what I want and to make good suggestions on how to attain the goals I have for my book. Overall, I am greatly satisfy with my collaboration with AMZ Book Publishing Services.

I have been working with Idris for a while on publishing my book. He has been very helpful and easy to work with. Given that this has been my first time going through this self publishing process, I have benefited from Idris' knowledge and experience in this area. I highly recommend him as a project manager and won't hesitate to work with him again.

I am receiving an exceptional experience and service from Frank Morrison and team. He goes above and beyond, is so knowledgeable, sincere and really, truly has my interest at heart.

Progress has been slow in publishing my children’s book. Perhaps the previous APH workers were over worked. But recent staff have moved the project along and resolved hanging points of progress. I would give 5 stars, had this always been the case. I have confidence that my book will shortly be in the market place and in the hands of children.

They've been super helpful in so many ways. They are efficient and effective. They do good work and do it quickly.

I finally fulfilled a dream of being an author and got to share the thoughts and creative part of who I am with others!
There were bumps along the way as is part of any experience that is new in life but Liam at Amazon Pro Hub was awesome in following through. Writing and publishing a book is not for the faint of heart-but it is a worthwhile experience and I am hopeful that it will lead to more publishing of my works in the future. Was totally unprepared for this experience. Everyone on my team worked diligently to get me up and running with the story I created.
