Disappointing Service
After receiving the item, I discovered that it was defective. I immediately contacted your shop to report the issue. I was told that you were very sorry and that I would receive a return label along with a courier collection shortly.
However, a month passed and I did not receive the return label, nor did I receive any update from your team. I had to contact your store myself multiple times just to get information about the status of my return.
Eventually, the courier collected the defective product, but now it has been another month and I am still waiting for my refund. Once again, I have had to chase your customer service team for updates, as no one has contacted me proactively.
This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. The lack of communication and the long delays are unacceptable. I kindly request that my refund be processed immediately.
Based on this experience, I would not recommend your store to others.

Please accept our sincere apologies for the issues with your order and for the delay in resolving this matter. The item needed to be booked in with the distributor for evaluation and repair, which we arranged as soon as the issue was reported. Unfortunately, there was a delay on their end in booking this in. We have raised this with them, and it is currently being reviewed by their management team to ensure it does not happen again.
Following up again this morning after our phone call, the distributor confirmed that the item had been deemed not repairable earlier in the day. We have therefore initiated a full refund for this product.
We truly apologise for the inconvenience and the wait. The matter has been escalated with the distributor to help prevent similar delays in the future.

The order was shipped within 2 business days from the time it was placed and sent on a 1–2 day delivery service. We’ve contacted the courier, and they’ve confirmed that delivery was attempted six times, but unfortunately, no one was available to receive the package on those occasions.
