Very disappointed with this bracelet. I wore it for less than two hours before all the pearls fell off and it completely broke apart. I contacted customer service and, instead of offering a full refund for a faulty product, they only offered a partial refund or store credit because the bracelet was “destroyed” — even though it broke from normal wear almost immediately. Poor quality and very disappointing customer service. I would not recommend buying from this company

The best customer service very smooth conversations on WhatsApp I couldn't believe my eyes when I opened the two necklace sets boxes I was really thrilled by the beauty of the pieces they were meticulously made and very unique designs I highly recommend Anaya jewelry and they were on time for sending everything and luckily I didn't pay any extra tariff taxes, which made me more happy and encouraging to order more in the future.

They take your money . Whether you like the product or not - you can forget about customer service . Product is bulky and cheap and you will just be stuck with it . Worst product and customer service ever . They are available 24/7 when taking your money but once that is done - you can forget about your money .

I paid £90 for a necklace and the quality is atrocious. Lightweight, flimsy and unwearable. The positive reviews of this company are surely questionable, I struggle to comprehend how anyone could be pleased with the quality. And be aware, they do not offer refunds, credit voucher only. Total scam. Avoid!

I paid £90 for this necklace and the quality is terrible ...its so lightweight it feels like a plastic necklace ! Unfortunately I have run out of the time to return the item as it arrived just before i left for my holidays. I would really appreciate a chance to return it or exchange it for something more solid

Loved the style of necklace but thought it was very over priced

Anayah has stunning jewelry. Good quality and lots of options to choose from. I have ordered lots of pieces from necklaces to earrings to choker sets. Happy with all. Great for destination weddings. The team is very prompt in answering queries if any. Will surely keep ordering.
