"Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We're sorry to hear that our Salmon Training Treats did not meet your expectations.

Our training treats are made using natural ingredients and do not contain artificial softeners or preservatives, which can sometimes result in texture changes once a pack has been opened and exposed to air. That said, they should still remain suitable for use as a training reward, and we're disappointed to hear this was not your experience.

We take all customer feedback seriously and would welcome the opportunity to investigate further. Please contact our customer service team with the batch number from the pack and we will be happy to look into this for you.

We appreciate that delivery charges can influence purchasing decisions. However, our shipping costs are clearly displayed during the checkout process before payment is completed, allowing customers to see the total cost of their order before deciding whether to proceed.

The £14 charge you refer to is not a hidden fee and is applied in certain circumstances depending on the size, weight, destination, or service selected. While we understand that you may feel this represented poor value for a relatively small order, the charge reflects the actual cost of delivering the goods rather than an attempt to profit from shipping.

As a family-owned business, we strive to be transparent in both our product pricing and delivery charges, and we're sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations.

To clarify, delivery charges are calculated during the checkout process once the delivery destination has been entered. The shipping charge is displayed before payment is taken, allowing customers to review the total order value and decide whether they wish to proceed with their purchase.

The £14 delivery charge is not a profit centre for our business and applies only to certain destinations and delivery services. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a flat Royal Mail rate for all orders and locations due to the size, nature and range of products we dispatch, as well as the service levels we aim to provide.

We fully appreciate that you feel the delivery cost represented poor value for your particular order, and we respect your opinion. However, we remain committed to being transparent about all charges before an order is completed.
