It was wonderful to buy a beautiful necklace with charm from an Irish jeweler, as well has the beautifully subtle and deep meaning the jeweler was able to express in this creation caught my eye and I kept returning to its web link as I perused other pieces made. The beautiful packaging and wrapping of the item was helpful. Finally a handwritten and side thank you note was a classy and long forgotten gesture! I love notes, cards & letters in our high tech communications these day, the handwritten note is a touch above and beyond, and oh so appreciated!

Ordered the gold karma wheel and cosmic key - delighted with both. Beautiful attention to detail and I've had loads of people asking where I got them from. Andrea customised the chain for me on both as I preferred the longer length. I'll be back for more!

The catch on the chain is very poor and makes it very difficult to open and close. I’m gravely disappointed with this part. The piece however I love.
