Andrea, created a safe place to share and open up. Her critiques were constructive and done with respect to the artist. Every bit of information she provided is very very useful. I will recommend her retreats for sure!!!!

Although I didn't know what *specifically* to expect, I had the *kind* of experience I expected. A very positive, constructive, and respectful atmosphere was established, while the content was very professional.

Andrea's retreat was a life changing experience. I met some friends and contacts for life and learned a lot about myself both as a person and as a writer. The way Andrea breaks down songwriting is incredibly inspiring and the team that surrounds her are amazing! Shoutout to Myles and Maddison ya'll are the best! If you ever get the chance to go to one of Andrea's retreats don't think twice :)

The retreat was a wonderful experience. The location and the people were truly lovely and I got to co-write with some talented people. Andrea and her team were great!

Andreas knowledge on songwriting is pure gold. Every teaching, suggestion and advice is an inspiration for better songs. And the freedom to explore and stay true to yourself completes the picture. I loved every second of the songwriters retreat.

A sharpened skill set and learned how to participate meaningful in songwriting with collaborators is what I came home with after a week songwriting retreat in the UK. A time well spend with fellow singer songwriters along with insight and knowledge of Andrea Stolpe helped us all to improve our songwriting with hands-on examples and exercises.

It was amazing to be with so many talented songwriters and performers, yet feel so comfortable and almost unabashed. Moreover, Andreas insights were unmissable. The team were brilliant and the experience was exceptional. I am inspired and new doors have opened for my own abilities. Thank you.

After taking some time to reflect on my experience at Andrea’s songwriting retreat, I am filled with nothing but positive feelings and a wealth of inspiration. The week was very well organized, and I appreciated the structured schedule. Andrea breaks everything down into such manageable tasks and made things feel easy.
The co-writing sessions were a highlight for me. They not only taught me a lot about myself but also underscored the importance of collaboration in songwriting. Having written alone for so long, this was a real eye-opener. It was also great to get to showcase our songs every evening.
The wonderful people I met throughout the week made the experience truly unforgettable. I feel like I’ve gained a “musical family” to stay connected with and hopefully collaborate with in the future.

An incredible experience. Andrea’s technical instruction is second to none, the teaching sessions and class exercises were invaluable in workshopping viable songs from the sketchiest of ideas. Andrea and her team create a safe, honest, transparent environment for everyone to be themselves which helped us bond quickly as a class and support each other. We were constantly pushed and challenged but Andrea’s feedback was always judicious and supportive - no punches were pulled but the blows landed as epiphanies / lightbulb moments to savour. I’d hoped the afternoon songwriting collaborations and evening performances would be fun but I didn’t expect them to be a source of such joy. I can’t recommend this retreat highly enough.

I attended the A.S songwriting camp in the UK in September 2024. I must say the writing camp has exceeded my expectations. It was a well organised 5 days retreat with lots of song writing activities and workshops. The staff were friendly and helpful, nothing is ever too much trouble. To top it off,It was a great experience to meet so many other like minded
people at the retreat. Highly recommended.

The retreat in the UK was amazing. Looking back on the journey each one of us had from the first evening in the round to the last one. I went in with being unsure if this is something for me and did things I've never done before, which made me grow musically and personally. I would recommend doing it and doing it again.

Everything was so wonderful: from the genuine welcome of the team members of Myles and Madison, to the authenticity of Andrea with her teaching and mentorship…so much honesty, connection and useful tools for songwriting. The participants connected with each other and worked and played hard - it was an experience of a lifetime. The team members truly cared about each and every one of us and our experience. I heard about Andrea and her retreat from a friend of mine, and after checking out the website I decided to sign up. No regrets, it is as awesome as it sounds! The team is amazing, always helpful and very casual. All the people who participated were special for one reason or another, and the bond we made will remain forever. The location is the cherry on the top, very inspiring. Hope to be able to join again in the future!

Amazing experience at this retreat. Well organized with workshops in the morning and co writing in the afternoon. I left feeling like i was part of community that lives on even after the retreat. One of the best experiences was watching each participant grow through out the week and gain confidence in their performances. Anyone thinking of applying for this should take the leap. I would go again in a heartbeat

The support of your peers going through the exercises every day is also essential and you’ll find it’s a bonding experience for people to take interest in your music and lyrics in the Kajabi portal.

Lastly, Andrea’s key strength that sets her apart is authenticity. She helps people to be the best version of themselves, whatever that sounds like for them.

Great atmosphere, lovely environment to cowrite and build community!

I am a single mother, full time teacher, song writing lover of music. That is in a very particular order - those are my priorities. Sometimes, if I can get time and space after the first two, I get to “indulge” in the third, which is the nourishment of my soul. And then came 30 Day Songwriter… This course gave me a daily shot in the arm and got me moving in my music and lyric writing. It woke me up and showed me I could work in some very creative ways in order to maintain momentum - think using your phone to reconstruct motifs on a train platform on your commute. With manageable daily exercises that I was able to complete on a time budget I was able to finish the course on time and the challenge led to improved technical skills in order to achieve it.

I’m not pretending I could maintain the pace I worked at, but I am able to go back through the materials again and again in order to have creative accountability. I also made a great network of songwriting peers all over the world through the Facebook group and daily feedback threads on the e-learning platform.

The course is well structured and has the right level of administration - enough to keep you accountable without feeling like you have overlords and, as such, has just the right level of flexibility. There is online content, that is presented multimodally, and a couple of live sessions throughout the month.

Above all Andrea and her team are competent, cheerful, thoughtful and, of course, Andrea is a leading expert in her field, so being able to have access to her wisdom and experience in a way that is both financially and temporally manageable is incredible. And you get the course for life so she’s always there to come back to.
