I complimented the groom at a recent wedding about his tuxedo and he told me to contact Andre Emelio. I ordered a 2 piece black tuxedo for my son's wedding. James at AE said delivery in 2 weeks which sounded impossible. I emailed my measurements and photos of myself. James questioned a couple of my measurements which I re-measured and he was correct! They know what they're doing. Two weeks later and DHL delivered it to my door. Amazing, soft Italian wool and perfect fit! I plan on ordering a blazer in the same Italian wool but in navy. Highly recommend Andre Emilio!

I ordered a custom tuxedo and I am very impressed. They got every measurement exact. Time for order to my door was about 2 weeks.

I bought prom tuxedo for my son from Andre Emilio, and its absolutely perfect! The fit is Perfect, the fabric was high-quality Same as they told, and the attention to detail was outstanding. Highly recommended!

I had an absolutely terrible experience with this shop. Their communication is beyond poor, and their attitude is unbelievably rude. Despite paying a hefty amount, they don’t even know how to properly finish a suit.

I visited their store in Pakistan for my uncle’s reception suit, and we had to go back more than five times just to get the finishing right. Every time, they messed something up and then had the audacity to blame us for their mistakes. The suit pants were bent from the pocket, and instead of fixing it, they told us, “Yeh aisa hi hota hai,” when it was clearly defective.

On top of that, their staff is extremely rude and completely untrained in customer service. The shop is also severely understaffed, so you end up waiting more than 45 minutes just to try on a suit—absolutely insane! The whole process was stressful, frustrating, and a complete waste of time.

More than pleased with the quality of the suit I purchased. The quality of the material was exceptional. The service I received after my purchase was excellent. I needed to alter my suit due to my measuring error. The company reimbursed me for the alterations. I certainly would purchase again and I highly recommend this company.

Ordered a tuxedo from Andre Emilio. The jacket came looking nothing like the sample picture on their social media page. The lapel had poor workmanship. So poorly cut the right peak didn't even match the left peak and it had deep, permanant creases from how they shipped it. The suit was just folded up in a bag in a way thr lapen was folded up. The placement of the button on the coat was so low it was parallel with the pockets. The stich work looked horrible. All I wanted was a suit that looked like the sample photo. But what I got looks more like a costume. I reached out to their customer service and asked them to either fix the coat or remake it. No response. Never again will I order from this place!! $450 wasted. And they don't have any return policy. SMH. Guess I'll give it to some bumb on the street. That's what it looks like anyhow.
**UPDATE**
After speaking with customer service, Andre Emilio did make a new jacket for me at no cost. I definitely appreciate the effort they went through to make it right. The craftsmanship of the new jacket was much better. Still didn't quite meet my expectation, but better at least. Therefore, I changed my star rating from 1 star to 3 star. Mainly for the customer service. Good to know they stand behind their product.

It was a great experience ordering a custom suit from Andre Emilio. Top notch from fabric to delivery. Great job by them I will recommend to others for sure and will be in touch for the next one.

My son needed a tux for his senior prom, and he is a larger size man. Andre Emilio was able to custom make his perfect tux jacket in his favorite color. I was late getting the jacket ordered, they did a rush order, and they made sure it arrived on time. It fit my son perfectly and he had a blast at prom. He was so thrilled with the jacket he thanked me over and over. Andre Emilio did an amazing job on his custom tuxedo jacket. My son loves it. Thank you.

The whole process of ordering a bespoke suit seemed daunting and I questioned the results. I could not have been more pleased with how it turned out! With clear direction on obtaining measurements, and the one-on-one communication with a stylist to answer questions, it went very smoothly. The result was a beautiful suit that fits just right and looks much more expensive than it is!

I came across this men’s fashion establishment when I was shopping for my wedding suit. The immense repertoire of their work that I saw on its website was so impressive that I decided to place my order. After placing my order, I received instructions to send in my measurements and personal information. In just a little bit over two weeks, I received my package via DHL. I tried on my jacket and waistcoat, and truth be told, they fit like perfect gloves. The tailor did an amazing work. I will certainly be ordering a new suit from Andre Emilio. It was work well done! I ordered my weeding suit blue navy at Andre Emilio last February 2023. And after sent my sizing form, i received my order ( jacket with trousers and accessoires in time form Lahore to Douala (Cameroon). I really appreciate to work with them. Serious and professional.
