I attended a one day event with Angela, called Make It Happen. It was so thought provoking and not only did I get to meet a really amazing bunch of people, I also came away feeling like I could handle the things in my life with more motivation and actually make plans to achieve my dreams. Angela is a positive and inspiring woman. I belong to her private FB group and, while I am not particularly active, find the community positive and uplifting. Her affirmation cards start my day off the right way and set me up for a strong day teaching.

Working with Angela has been enlightening. I have worked with many coaches in my career, but my sessions with Angela covered business and life.

She doesn't let anything go unsaid and this helped me to express things I usually keep quiet about. It's helped me to speak up in my relationship with my wife, which in turn has improved.

I have made decisions in my business which mean I have more free time by trusting those in my team. Angela helped me to see how tightly I was controlling everything in order to ensure nothing goes wrong. I was finding this exhausting.

Going back into my past was so uncomfortable but I can now see how vital this has been in letting go of some of things I don't need to hold on to.

It's not easy to work in this way. It is, however, incredibly insightful and as a result, transformative.

I have known of Angela for many years & liked her approach to coaching. Being real is so important to me.
I booked the METREAT a year ago, not knowing exactly what to expect but I was excited to experience her teachings and her wealth of knowledge. I booked the one to one package with her and boy oh boy I’m so glad I did!! My life has been turned upside down and Angela was able to give me some insight of myself I’ve never seen before. I cannot believe how I walked into see her one day and came out feeling less broken 3 days later!! The METREAT was a huge success and I’ve made some wonderful friends from it.

This was the first time I had worked with Angela in person - have previously done group work with her online. The weekend was phenomenal - putting 15 women in a room together, getting us all to open up about our vulnerabilities and trust each other, then guiding us through a toolbox of ways to heal our past traumas and move forward with a new clarity. Her skills are undefinable.

Wonderful memories made, new friendships were forged and eye-opening new skills were learnt.

Angela has ignited in me the passion and courage to continue forward on my path of personal growth and healing. For that I will be forever grateful.

I recently attended one of Angela's MeTreat weekends and what an amazing experience it was, from start to finish. The MeTreat was held Fri-Sun at Champney's in Forest Mere, which was a beautiful setting in itself, but the true joy was in the connection, collaboration and bonding between the 15 ladies (including Angela herself, who immersed herself in the experience with us throughout).

The theme of the MeTreat was cultivating self-trust, and through Angela's natural ability to bring her content to life in a very real and inspiring way, I personally had many moments of realising why I respond to certain triggers in the way I do, which perhaps leans away from my own core values at times. After doing the awareness piece, we did heaps of work on how we ensure we can live by our true values, and I have come away with therapeutic techniques and a toolkit of how I can better self regulate, in moments of uncertainty and self doubt.

I feel really connected to the wonderful and inspiring group of ladies I had the pleasure of spending the weekend with (all of whom I'd never met before!), and of course Angela, who truly gave 100% of herself to us all - and best of all, I feel more connected to myself, which is what its all about!

I would highly, highly recommend if you are thinking of booking a MeTreat, especially if you've never worked with Angela before. I have had the good fortune to have worked with Angela on a number of programmes and her work is life changing, and I'll continue to work with Angela in the future! Thank you x

I recently attended a MeTreat with Angela Cox, my first experience working with her and it was incredible. The team of ladies in attendance were amazing, but it was Angela who really brought everyone together. She is extremely genuine, authentic, empathetic and just really warm and approachable. I learned some incredible tools to cope with the ups and downs of life, re-framing memories and just viewing myself in more positive light. The MeTreat has left me with long lasting friendships and a desire to always be a better version of me.

I have followed Angela on social media for many years, read her books, received personal coaching and attended a retreat and I cannot recommend Angela highly enough. Her coaching style is empathic, caring, challening and direct as she leads you through to personal growth and change beyond expectations. Her energy and knowledge knows no bounds and she makes you feel safe and completely cared for. Due to her unique style she is unlike any coach I have ever worked with and definitely the best coach I have ever worked with. I am forever grateful I found her!

Angela, somehow, manages to get to the truth of you, the one that you didn’t know existed.

I’ve followed Angela on Facebook and have had some 1:1s with her. However the MeTreat weekend absolutely blew me away. Everything that this lady has taught me seemed to come together. The weekend with Angela and 14 strangers turned into an experience that I will never forget. My vulnerabilities have limited me from being open to inviting other women (in particular) into my life. It is so easy to assume that everyone else has a happy, well functioning family, has great, open communication with their friends and loved ones and, most of all, like themselves.

Thank you for such a wonderful, warm, welcoming and supportive weekend. How fab is it that 15 strangers can meet on a Friday and less than 48 hours later have shared their vulnerabilities, cried with each other and hugged it out. We all now have a connection. Such a special time with non-intimidating women who do not have their stuff together. Thank you, thank you, thank you xxx

Angela is a miracle worker, she has helped me lay to rest past traumas that have negatively influenced my life since childhood. Her friendly, calming and wonderfully positive vibe has impacted me for the better in multiple ways. The methods and tools she used to guide me on a new path are deeply effective and can be used by everyone and anyone. I've worked with Angela on a 1:1 coaching basis, and as a wider group on her MeTreat workshop which was simply marvellous and my soul feels much lighter for it. If its time for you to make a positive change and focus on your future through a new lens that builds confidence and self-trust you need to make speaking to Angela a priority.

It’s hard to describe the impact that Angela makes - I grew up in business in the 90’s and into the 00’s I learned how to compete in a man’s world where you showed no emotion, you worked harder and faster to get ahead and I built up about 30 lines of defense. Worked until it didn’t. Angela is exceptionally perceptive, has an incredible range of coaching modalities she utilizes and on top of this her methods are backed up with more qualifications than you can shake a stick at. She is wise, direct, compassionate but she truly is able to see the real you (yup sorry!), no b&llshit gets past this woman! I’ve experienced her coaching and her retreats and she has something extraordinarily unique…she creates shifts that last, insights that change your path and an ability to access self compassion that has previously been unavailable. She’s a total badass at what she does, magic!

Lovely women, but the special recipe is Angela, her warmth and her ability to connect to the core of your essence.
