I really recommend this company. The clothes are beautiful and of really good quality. I had an issue with a lost parcel and the customer service was incredibly prompt and helpful and my issue was resolved in no time. Highly recommend.

Sadly the collar of the grey fleece shirt was completely unstitched. I have sent an d mail with pictures and had no reply. I only gave it to my grandson 2 weeks ago. I now have it and would be happy to return the item. Send the pictures?

Not impressed by the products quality
I ordered 2 dresses for a 3 years old fully paid with posts charges .I have not received the parcel yet and no any messages like tracking my parcel. So now I am not sure if it's lost or I am scammed.
I ordered Mama luna before that the products was pathetic very low quality!
But at least I received the parcel this one nothing is advised.
