I placed an order on 31/12, it's now 9/1 and it's still not arrived. Using an unreliable delivery company is not a good policy as their poor service reflects on your company. I have messaged EVRI three times and no response. I am now awaiting a response from you.

I returned 6 items over the Christmas period and when I hadn't had any confirmation of receipt 2 weeks later, I contacted Millie at Angel & Rocket to ask if they could look into this. Nicola emailed me back within the hour in Millies absence and processed the refund straight away as she could see that the parcel was on the way back to them.
It's nice to see a company who can provide this level of customer service as it's very rare nowadays. I will definitely order from them again!
