Хочу оставить свой отзыв про эту клинику !!
ANGELIC ESTHETIC!!!Делал у них 4 импланта и две пломбы -"хотел винтовые - договорились с их координатором Гулей- которая теперь не хочет ничего слушать " а получил 4 импланта на цементе - объяснить они нормально не могут -почему так 🤷🏻‍♂️!!!
Дальше лучше - через 3 месяца выпадает у меня одна коронка"чуть не вдавился " и одна шатается "весела на соплях -так сказать "
+ выпала у меня пломба ту которую они мне делали !!!
Переделать на винтовые коронки они мне не хотят - говорят платите заново - За коронки -"ну это ж их вина - не моя почему Я должен заново платить 🤷🏻‍♂️"
Или это бизнес такой у них 🤷🏻‍♂️"Та и квалификация врачей видно тоже не очень !!!"
Вообщем не советую Я эту клинику -"поберегите свой нервы и деньги 💰

​Two years ago, I had a deeply negative and traumatizing experience with a hair transplant at Angelic Clinic in Istanbul, Turkey. Since then, I have been struggling to correct the damage caused by this procedure. The work was poorly performed, and I continue to deal with both the physical consequences and emotional distress.
As a very dissatisfied customer, I strongly do not recommend this clinic for hair transplant procedures.
If anyone would like more information about my experience, I am available to share details, including before-and-after photos and documented evidence.
The main concerns I experienced include:
Lack of proper sterility standards
Poor communication throughout the process
Substandard accommodation arrangements (hotel and hospital)
Lack of professionalism from the team
Procedure not performed by a certified doctor (only a nurse and assistant)
Lack of transparency and honesty during negotiation
Fewer grafts extracted than agreed upon

Previously marked implant areas were erased and ignored
And most importantly: excessive and unnecessary pain during the procedure
After I posted reviews online, the clinic reached out and offered a “solution”: a corrective procedure after healing, for which I would have to pay $500.
Initially, I refused, as it is unreasonable to pay to fix a mistake caused by the clinic itself. However, having no better option, I reluctantly agreed.
When the time came to schedule the corrective procedure, I contacted the clinic, but they repeatedly delayed confirming a date. As I live in the United States, I only had one week available to travel to Turkey. Despite this, they waited until the last minute—on a Friday—to inform me that I could travel on Monday.
Then, unexpectedly, they changed the price to $1,500.
This is completely unacceptable and unethical. It is three times the agreed amount. Furthermore, this correction should have been performed at no cost, considering I am already paying for flights and accommodation to fix a problem they created.
I consider this behavior deceptive and misleading. I feel taken advantage of as a patient and as a customer.
I will continue to share my experience publicly so others are aware of how Angelic Clinic treats patients after receiving payment. Everything I have stated can be fully supported with evidence, including written communication and before-and-after photos.
Do not make the same mistake I did. Choose a more reputable and trustworthy clinic.

Cette clinique est totalement incompétente pour soigner les gens. J'ai payé un prix élevé pour un résultat inadmissible.
​Sur le plan dentaire : Il est absolument anormal qu'un implant tombe une deuxième fois après avoir été déjà refait. Cela prouve un sérieux manque de savoir-faire. De plus, l'espace entre les dents est mal calculé : la nourriture s'y accumule sans arrêt, rendant chaque repas pénible.
​Sur le plan capillaire : La promesse de couvrir tout le haut de la tête n'a pas été tenue, ils n'ont fait que la moitié. Le résultat est asymétrique, sans aucun volume et indigne d'un professionnel.
​C'est un échec médical total et un pur gaspillage d'argent.

Хочу поделиться своим восторгом от первого визита в клинику так как эту клинику рекомендовал мне мой друг ! С самого начала всё прошло на высшем уровне — качество работы врачей и сервис просто поражают.
​Что особенно понравилось:
​Профессионализм врачей: Специалисты в клинике — настоящие мастера своего дела. Несмотря на то, что врачи Туркоговорящие, это не создало абсолютно никаких неудобств. Мне сразу предоставили квалифицированного переводчика, поэтому коммуникация была легкой и понятной, а медицинские манипуляции выполнены очень качественно.
​Куратор Гульчан: Отдельное и огромное спасибо хочу сказать моему куратору Гульчан. Это человек невероятной коммуникабельности и души! Она взяла на себя всю «головную боль» по организации:
​Поездка и логистика: Все трансферы были четко по расписанию, никаких ожиданий.
​Проживание: Отель подобрали отличный, очень комфортный для отдыха между приемами.
​Забота о деталях: Гульчан даже помогла мне с покупкой обратных авиабилетов, что вообще выходит за рамки стандартного сервиса.
​Итог: Организация поездки — 10 из 10. Если вы переживаете из-за языкового барьера или логистики в чужой стране, с такой командой и таким куратором, как Гульчан, об этом можно забыть. Всё сделано профессионально, четко и с большой заботой о пациенте.
​Рекомендую однозначно!

Everything is great! I made dental implants and I was accompanied by Gulia. All my wishes were taken and there was 24 hours support. Highly recommend! Thank you Gulia! Все замечательно! Я делал зубные импланты и меня сопровождала менеджер Гуля. Все мои пожелания учитывались и была круглосуточная поддержка во всех вопросах. Сильно рекомендую . Спасибо Гуля!

Я обратился в клинику Angelic Esthetic, впечатлённый их профессиональным имиджем и масштабами учреждения. Казалось, что такая большая клиника должна предоставлять качественные и внимательные услуги. К сожалению, мой опыт оказался совсем иным.

С самого начала я заметил, что подход к пациентам очень спешный и поверхностный. Всё происходит быстро, но при этом явно страдает качество обслуживания. Я чувствовал себя не как человек, а как очередной номер в потоке пациентов. На мои вопросы и сомнения отвечали неохотно, создавалось ощущение, что врачам просто некогда — всё делается на бегу.
Позже мне пришлось приехать на третий приём, который изначально не был предусмотрен. Все расходы за дорогу и сам приём мне пришлось оплатить самостоятельно — эти затраты не входили в первоначальный план лечения. Никто заранее не предупредил, что подобные расходы будут на мне, и это вызвало чувство недоверия и разочарования. Коммуникация с клиникой была не до конца честной и прозрачной.
В итоге, несмотря на современный вид и кажущуюся организованность, Angelic Esthetic оставила крайне негативное впечатление. Недостаток индивидуального подхода, низкое качество обслуживания при высокой скорости работы и неожиданные дополнительные расходы делают эту клинику неприемлемым выбором для тех, кто рассчитывает на внимательное, честное и профессиональное лечение.
Лично я не рекомендую эту клинику.

I had my dental treatment with angelic esthetic and they fixed my crowns that was badly done. Everything went smoothly and the dentist explained everything to me through Naim the coordinator at the clinic. I'm happy with my new smile now. Thanks to Abeera for coordinating everything before my arrival. Very good clinic with honest professionals. Thank you all. One thing the hotel is good but a bit outdated.

In December, I had a terrible experience with this clinic. At first, when I started talking to Ramy (a person who consults with people from Spain), I asked clearly: “Regarding health, how does it work? Before putting on the crowns, will you treat my teeth?” He said, “Yes, of course, the doctor will treat you before placing the crowns,” because I had some issues to fix.

In the end, when I arrived at the clinic, the first thing I noticed is that it’s small, and you don’t speak directly with the doctors; you have a translator who translates for you. But you get the feeling that they are not being clear and it seems like they’re not really listening to you. When I mentioned this to Ramy, he replied, “Yes, several clients have told me the same thing, but the doctors simply do the work they have to do.” But that’s not how things should be.

I paid 3,500 euros for the treatment, and later I found out that another patient from Ukraine paid 3,200 euros because his consultant gave him a discount. Does this mean there is no fixed price for everyone?

While I was at the hotel, I spoke to Ramy quite loudly, saying, “So, after your treatment, I might have to go to doctors in Spain, or what?” He replied, “So you don’t trust us?” I said, “I do trust you; I came here based on a recommendation. That’s why I’m asking you to do your job properly.”

To sum up: I have part of my gum inflamed, and if I have to get the crowns replaced in Spain because I can’t keep them for 15 years as they claim, it’s very disappointing.

Dear European, American, British, and other international clients: If you are used to quality and care about your health, do not come to this clinic because you won’t find that here. This is my humble recommendation.

Dear Angelic Esthetic team, if you’re thinking of deleting this comment to protect your ‘reputation,’ which in my opinion, doesn’t exist, I want you to know that I have photos and legal contacts I can reach out to. Maybe no one has sued you yet, but I might be the first.

Since I arrived at the clinic they picked us from airport they took us to hotel,the hotel I wasn’t what I was expected I could give the hotel 2 stars,and supposed to be 4 stars,when arrived at the clinic they wasn’t even talking to me to explain everything they took me straight for my teeth,which I wasn’t happy at all with that .then I went back to the hotel with lots of pain pain I been I pain for 4 days and they haven’t even help me ,I wouldn’t recommend this clinic unfortunately,

The results speak for themselves. My hair transplant looks natural, so as my dental work though I still have to come back for my second procedure but nevertheless has transformed my smile completely. I couldn’t be happier with the outcomes of both procedures.

I recently completed my dental treatment at angelic esthetic Istanbul. I would personally like to thank Abeera who from the initial contact kept the communication avenues open. In fact she was a great influence in my decision to do my dental treatment there. She was very reassuring.and answered my questions with as much information as she could. On both occasions my stay at the hotel was pleasant. It's proximity to the mall and the promenade are a bonus. The staff were all very polite and pleasant. My only criticism was that I sometimes felt that communication was lost in translation because of language barrier. Overall, I am happy with my final result and am hoping to have no more dental problems for the foreseeable future. Thank you to all the staff and most especially to Abeera!! You are a great asset to angelic esthetic!!

What on earth people can lie about human health! Never relay on facebook or instagram eye catching pictures. Most of the case is nonsense fake information. Now I am suffering .
This company never had any clue about hair transplant but use the name of Istanbul. No specilist in real , on the ground non experienced nurse is doing the job actually destryed my health! Since one month I am so sick like over little bloods went out from my head ! Can u imagine how they done the procedure like I was cow ! Regarding hair transplant the amount they taken from my back and side but the I don’t think they put all . Now all around my head looks bad and tremendously physically suffering every night and morning my head swelling livery scary and pain . Normally after 7/10 days u can back to ur daily life if u do with specialist. But I got wrong procedure with wrong people now it’s like 1 months still suffering. Don’t waste ur money and health

If you want to get the best quality care at the most affordable price, do business with angelic. They also have some of the most sincere workers, specifically Sana, Naem, and Umer, who were all very accommodating to people coming from different countries.

Angelicesthetic is a very good place to do the hair transplant. I had a very good experience there. They answered all my questions and what is the procedure looks like. Especially Sana and Naim they are very professionals. Answer all your questions and guide you anything you need. I highly recommend if you want to do hair transplant this is the place to do it. Y cuando investigue me interé que ellos están localizados en Instanbul Turquía. Y yo tenía mis reservaciones. Pero confíe en Dios. Y me fui para Istanbul. Fue la mejor decisión que he tomado. Angelic Esthetic really took care of business!!! I’m from the US ,Detroit Michigan and they treated me like royalty. Abeera was on point with the communication through my whole stay in Turkey. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was very nice!!! My hair transplant went perfect I’m happy with the results. 10 out of 10 !!! I will be returning for veneers.. highly recommend look no more this is the place!!!! Thanks again to the Doctor and staff who really made me feel like family!!!

The Angelicesthetic team was fantastic. They provided support before I even got on the plane to travel to Istanbul. They were at the airport to pick me up and took me to a beautiful hotel. Transported me to and from the clinic. The medical staff was amazing and very professional. Made the experience pleasant and easy. I am glad I chose them and would highly recommend to anyone.

Abeera first contacted me several months ago.She kept in constant contact with me. She was instrumental in getting me to come to Istanbul turkey 🇹🇷 for dental implants. I'm from Maryland. Istanbul has alot of competition. She stood out from other medical providers. She never made promises she couldn't keep. She forwarded to me a very economical proposal. Some other medical providers were very aggressive pursuing me to come to Istanbul turkey 🇹🇷. Any questions I had once I got here. She answered all of them. My driver was at the airport waiting for me. The video directions were outstanding to find my driver. Abeera also let me know of food and services close by. The mall 5 minute walk 🚶‍♂️. Hotel room very clean. The hotel staff was very helpful 👌. I'm leaving in few hours to return to the US. I really enjoyed my stay ☺️
