Lance and his team were brilliant from the first call when my boiler had started leaking and not working to replacing it with a new one all within days of my call out. Lance goes above and beyond with the service he provides and I wouldn't hesitate in using them again. I'm really happy with all the work that's been carried out to a high standard and everything left tidy after.

Needed urgent help to get heating working for an elderly lady that we help out. Lance was very helpful and agreed to visit as soon as he had finished the job he was working on that same afternoon.
The problem was sorted and full heating restored. Thank you Lance.

Terrible service. Lance tried to charge £400 without even properly looking at the boiler. Half cleaned a condensate and the boiler still didn’t work - despite me paying for a service. Wanted to come back and recharge again. Found someone else to put it right. Filthy boots all over my carpet. Cowboy - stay well clear

Terrible service. The engineer (if you can call him that) wanted to charge me £400 without properly assessing the boiler. Charged me and left. The boiler still didn’t work. Wanted to come back and charge for another visit with parts. Rude, walked in with filthy boots and had no idea what he was doing. Avoid at all costs.

cannot recommend Anglian PHE Ltd highly enough. We needed a new hot water cylinder replaced in our small home where space is very limited. It was a physically demanding job; the old cylinder was heavy with limescale and incredibly difficult to manoeuvre, but he handled it all solo with a great attitude.

Lance kept us informed during a slight delay in sourcing the parts and followed up after the job to ensure everything was working perfectly. During the drain-down, a small leak started coming through the ceiling—he reacted quickly, using a specialised vacuum to help clear the water.

He provided the most competitive quote, and the quality of work was exemplary. Friendly, professional, and excellent value for money.

Lance and his team have been so helpful! Really great to know a company that can do just about anything with decades of experience behind them. Theyve quickly made our kitchen functional after it wasn't for weeks post moving into an old house; installing new gas pipes after a leak, new sink, an oven, tiling the entire kitchen in less than 2 days!
He's caught several internal and external leaks and fixed them straight away before each caused damage as well as spotting issues with our house and advising future repairs with no pressure and generous pricing. Very kind and efficient, couldn’t recommend more. Thanks guys!

Thoroughly recommend Lance of Anglian Plumbing, Heating and Electrics for both electrical and plumbing installations and repairs. We have used Lance for both for a number of years at Clare Town Hall and Clare Old School Community Centre and are very pleased with the results.

Very quick to attend faults and very responsive to provide quotes. Completely new heating system and boiler at the Town Hall were installed by Lance and his teams with great results.

Lance quoted us for the job we wanted doing and kept us up to date with any changes. He gave us alternative options with any price differences but also advised us on what the best options would be. He kept us informed of when he would be arriving, if any hold ups were likely and how long the job was likely to take. Luckily there were no hiccups whilst he and his colleague were working so the job was completed within the timescale. Had a burst radiator pipe at 8pm on a Friday evening called them and they arrived within 30 minutes , stopped the leak identified the problem and said they would return on Monday to fully rectify the issue , which they did! Very good service.

Lance @ APHE came to check electrics after my oven blew some of the downstairs sockets. He had previously fitted a new boiler which had to be re positioned for easy access for servicing. This included re routing & adding extra pipe work. Lance also changed various radiators, helped fit a new kitchen & new bathroom. Lance is professional & reliable with excellent customer service. Work was carried out over several months during house renovations

A five star service from lovely Lance at Anglian Plumbing. He is very responsive and will come round very speedily to see what the problem is. Lance replaced our old and massive boiler and advised us on the replacement giving us a detailed quote which he stuck to. We are very happy with the new boiler which is now a year old and works brilliantly. He does all the servicing and has helped very promptly when we had a leak in our old oil tank. His team were clean, tidy and efficient and very pleasant to have around.

I have used Anglian Plumbing for several years now to service my boiler. They are very reliable and send out annual reminders when my services are due, very helpful.

This company were very professional.

They did some work for us today-14th June 2024-installation of a new toilet in our utility room. It was an excellent job carried out by Lance and Laurence. The work was clean and done without fuss. The cost was highly reasonable. In fact Lance got the toilet for us and we paid him. We are elderly and this saved us having to go to showrooms to view different toilets-Lance sent us pictures of the various toilets that we could have in the space involved.

This company had done work for us some months before when they fixed a leak in our oil boiler-we have had no further trouble after Lance fixed a new part.

I had to use Anglian PHE om more than one occasion. The first expereince was an emergency for a gas boiler. Anglian rearranged their workload so they could come out immediately as it was winter and I had no heating or hot water. They could not fix the problem on that day as a spare part was needed but returned a few days later to do the job. On the second occasion an upstairs toilet was leaking for some months without my initially realising as the water went into the skirting board. Anglian quickly realised that the part used to install the toilet was not suitable. They got the replacement part fitted and also made good the installation because the toilet was not stable the first time it was fitted. I am very happy with the work and service provided with Anglian as well as their speedy callout times, so will definitely use them again
