I am having a horrific experience with Anglo Pacific.

The air shipment of my belongings was supposed to arrive over two months ago, yet it is still sitting in a customs warehouse. Throughout this process, Anglo Pacific has taken no ownership of the situation and has done very little to move things forward. Instead, I have had to contact their subcontractor (TNT) myself almost every day to chase updates and push the process along.

We also have a separate sea shipment with them. It has been several months, and it still has not even left the port. At this point, I have no idea when—or if—I will receive my belongings.

I would strongly advise others to avoid using Anglo Pacific. Thankfully, we used a different removal company for the majority of our household goods, and the difference has been night and day. They were professional, proactive, and reliable, whereas Anglo Pacific has been disorganised, unresponsive, and extremely disappointing.

Used Anglo Pacific to ship our possesions UK to Australia. Very effiecient and proffesional service. All our items were, wrapped, packed and itemised for us and we kept in the loop of the progress of our shipment. When it all arrived at our destination in Perth, everything was present and nothing damaged.
We are now in the process of moving back to the UK and have been in touch with Dipak at AP once again, he provided us with a detailed quote and has booked us in at short notice.

Our initial interaction with Anglo-Pacific was great, friendly helpful Dominic who gave us a quote and then Dipak Parmar who organised the packing and persuaded us we needed to take out their recommended insurance.
The shipping arrived in NZ at Christmas, they delivered it in the new year. I started unpacking it slowly, (its mid summer, plenty of outdoor stuff to be doing) after a few days I realised my mothers beautiful antique wheeled sewing cabinet had had something heavy put on top of it which had cracked one of the legs. This was the start, I then found plenty of broken items, so contacted A-P to claim. We were too late, they had in their small print a 7 day limit clause to claim, despite extensive email conversations, they wriggled out of their responsibility. My advice is either use another company or pack your own valuables and DO NOT TAKE OUT THEIR INSURANCE it has caused so much stress through irreparable damage to family heirlooms. I am disgusted and see I am not the only person to suffer this way.

Anglo conducted a survey of my house to quote for a service to ship its contents from the UK to the USA. The documented quote was for a volume of 380 CU FT. I accepted this quote and was allocated Dipak Parmer as my move manager.

A couple of weeks later I received an email from Dipak Parmer stating that the volume of goods was checked in to their warehouse and was measured at 470 CU FT and that I needed to pay 1000 GBP more. This email included a photocopied document titled 'Warehouse Receipt and Drivers Document', and showed the volume of my goods written by hand.

When my goods arrived in the USA, the delivery receipt showed that the volume was 379 CU FT. I contacted Dipak Parmer, via email, and requested a refund for the overcharge. Dipak replied stating that the correct volume was 410 CU FT, which is different from the documentation he previously sent stating 470 CU FT. I was offered a partial refund of just 180 GBP which I did not accept. Within this email, sent by Dipak Parmer, was the original document that he first sent to me as a photocopy showing the volume. This original document showed a volume of 410 CU FT and it is clear that the photocopied document of this original, sent to me prior, had been altered by hand. You can clearly see that the number '1' in the '410' (confirmed volume box) of this document had been altered to show the number '7', thus fraudulently charging me extra money than the actual documented volume of goods. The documents are easily identifiable as the same as there are other boxes which show strikethrough lines and the signatures etc.

Anglo refused to accept this evidence, or my complaint, so I lodged a complaint of Fraud to the police and British Association of Removals. My case was founded and I eventually received the correct refund.

Some of my goods also arrived damaged and the insurance company that Anglo provide are an absolute nightmare. They insisted on me having to provide proof of costs for furniture that had been purchased ten years ago and refused to pay without proof.

Overall, the worst company I have ever dealt with. Do not use Anglo as they commit criminal acts to defraud customers.

The overall experience was great. From getting the best quote for the overseas move to Brazil, which was also very accurate in terms of container size required -
Packaging was second to none, communications throughout were prompt and clear from both quotation and moving team. Dates for packing were easy to book and shipping travel took less than expected. Would definitly recommend

I am currently processing the shipping of my goods with Anglo Pacific and what I am experiencing is the worst customer service/process in my entire life, I started the process of Air cargo of 30kg weight of items to ship from Uk to Canada since the 24th of April, till now my items have not been shipped out, my goods were picked up since the 11TH of May,2026 till today almost 3 weeks after what i get is (Your goods are in the process of being invoice we ask for patience as we complete you final invoice.). Staff customer service is Zero 😞, Communication on timeline is Zero, no response what so ever, I need my goods before the 6th of June hence why I went for Air freight, PLEASEEEEE I AM PLEADING, I ALREADY MADE THE WORST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE GOING WITH YOUR COMPANY BUT I AM PLEADING WITH YOU TO PROCESS MY ITEMS SO I CAN RECEIVE THEM ON TIME.. I AM BEGGING

A big thank you to Dipak Parmer from Anglo Pacific and Sandra Harrison from NZ Van Lines (and the global team) for all the hard work, expertise and patience to get our possessions safe and sound from London, UK to Wellington, New Zealand. We have just received our 155 boxes and all have arrived safe and sound and not one item broken - not one. Amazing!
We would thoroughly recommend Anglo Pacific and NZ Van Lines to anyone who is thinking about moving and the two entities working together ( Anglo Pacific and NZ Van Lines) make a fantastic, joined up and reliable team. And a delight to deal with during the process. Thank you!

From the beginning of our journey with Anglo Pacific they have been easy to deal with. I would highly recommend them.

So far Awful!!!! I have boxes packed and apparently I don't have the correct information to send the boxes. They happily took my deposit of £100 but now won't send my boxes. If you end up dealing with Elai Freire who was the customer representative I've been dealing with them hang up and try again!!! This women is useless and extremely unhelpful..she's wasted weeks of my life and caused so much unnecessary stress to me and my family! A 5 year old could do a better job!!!! Walk away from this company and find another one! It's not worth the stress

This is the second time we have used Anglo American for International Shipping.
Their service is really good, extremely professional. I was informed every step of the way as to what was happening to the shipment that was being sent including tracking number for the cargo vessel and container number.
From the point of contact via the online form, Jack, contacted me with details of price and documentation required. Everything was easy to understand and he patiently answered all the questions I had.
Next, once we had decided to go ahead with Anglo American, Dipak, the International Move Manager was able to arrange for a local Pickford's company to pack and pick up our things. One thing I will say, is that when filling the online form, it is better to overestimate how much is being shipped as unfortunately, the movers ran out of boxes and had to use ones that we had. Also they may have sent another person to help with the packing. However, they were both very courteous and efficient and were able to pack and stack in their van very neatly.
Dipak was really good about keeping me informed and also sending me all the information required at the other end. Would highly recommend using Anglo American to anyone shipping internationally

Extremely disappointing experience. My goods were collected on 10 February, and despite multiple follow-ups, I have not received any proper updates since then.
Now, as of 1 May, I’ve been told the goods will only be dispatched on 22 May, with an estimated delivery around 20 July — not even a confirmed timeframe. This means a process that was supposed to take around 12 weeks is stretching close to 6 months.
I paid in full upfront, yet there has been no clear communication or accountability. While external factors may cause some delays, they do not justify this level of inaction or lack of transparency.
Very frustrating service — I would not recommend.

Had a great experience all the way through working with Anglo Pacific. Jack was great with the initial assessment, very patient and reassuring. Dipak who took over once quote was confirmed was also very diligent and helpful. The packing team were great as well. Moving is so incredibly stressful and it was really lovely to know that the team working to move my stuff were on top of things. Thank you!

Jack helped me from start to figure out how many boxes and guys needed with the job. Was moving from Uk to Sweden and house was a mess. So we did a video call and walked around the house and he made an estimate. Guys arrived few days later and they were efficient and friendly, we had just a small elevator but they kept good spirit !

Then many weeks later I realized I needed the receipt for the payment for insurance company.

I contacted jack Again, and same day he got me the documents sent to me email.

Excellent response time. And all goods arrived without damage.

I highly recommend Anglo Pacific International Limited for their efficiency and professionalism. Keesha Dewar especially after sending me an email to follow up on my original email enquiry 26 February 2026 for a quote. She provided me quote and all the relevant information such as sizes of boxes /cartons along with what's prohibited and allowed to ship or send air freight. Keesha was very lovely and knowledgeable from start to finish of the process with her patience and time taken in answering all my questions pretty much instantly. Especially for the fast urgent service I asked for due to moving out and having only a week to sort and pack boxes to get shipped to Australia. Keesha also emailed through other forms including custom to complete where I listed all items in each box and emailed to Keesha for her to review and approve. Once all was signed dated and completed. She then arranged for my boxes to be collected next day to arrange shipping to Sydney Australia which is estimated to arrive mid May 2026. Keesha accomplished my time frame within the week for the whole process and had my boxes collected. This gave me so much comfort and confidence that my boxes are in good hands to be shipped off to Sydney Australia. I cant thank Keesha enough for her constant following up and providing answers to my many questions to allow the trust. She is definitely a great asset to Anglo Pacific. Thank you Thank you Keesha.
