I am extremely disappointed with my experience.

The first time I ordered shoes, I received the wrong size. I contacted customer service several times, and after a long back-and-forth, I was only refunded about $11 USD, even though the shoes cost much more than that.

Despite this poor experience, I decided to give the company another chance and placed a second order. Unbelievably, the exact same thing happened again—I received the wrong size for a second time.

This time, they refuse to send me the correct shoes or give me a refund. I am now left with shoes I cannot use and no proper resolution from the company.

Making a mistake once can happen. Making the same mistake twice on separate orders and then refusing to take responsibility or offer a fair solution is completely unacceptable. It shows a serious lack of quality control and very poor customer service.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company to anyone.

One of the rare cases where a shoe product fits perfectly without trying it on. The product was exactly as shown in the picture. Transport and delivery were handled professionally without bothering the customer with many messages from the time of order until the end. Complements!
