I just never win here
Play everywhere. I really liked it here until I noticed I never actually win. Ever, bonuses here pay nothing so play games that pay out big without a bonus. There is 1 and I mean only 1 player who’s made a lot of money. Everyone else lost. I love that there transparent and show you the bets but it also shows you that only 1 person wins and they win BIG. Every time, me? I’m glad you asked I’m down -6000 and growing. Hit a 5 FS symbol on Sugar bonanza 1000 for a $27 win. That’s insane to me but yea great site

Hi Serop Babikian,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience — we’re glad to hear you appreciate the transparency of our platform.
Regarding game outcomes: all of our games are provided and operated by Slotegrator, a licensed and regulated game aggregator. This means we do not have any control over the game mechanics, bonus payouts, or win rates. All results are determined by the game provider’s certified RNG (random number generator) systems.
We understand that variance in slots can feel frustrating, especially during a losing streak. Bonus rounds, like the one you mentioned, can sometimes pay less than expected — and other times, much more — depending on volatility and luck.
We always encourage responsible play and hope your luck turns around. If you ever have questions about game providers, RTP, or variance, feel free to reach out.
Thanks again for your feedback.

Hi there,
We’re truly sorry to hear about your frustration and appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
Please note that Anon Casino is a decentralized and autonomous platform. This means user accounts are created and managed independently — we do not have the ability to access, modify, or close accounts. This structure gives users full control, but also limits our ability to intervene directly.
Our platform is not affiliated with GamStop, as we operate on a blockchain-based system that is not connected to centralized exclusion programs. We understand this can be frustrating, and we’re actively working to educate users and improve tools for responsible gaming.
If you're looking to take a break or stop playing, we strongly recommend using wallet-level restrictions or self-exclusion tools available through third-party services.
We take feedback seriously and will continue improving wherever possible.
Happy 1st time Experience playing
Ok so after a few days and seeing another feedback on here, I decided to make a deposit to try out this casino. My deposited got credited to my account instantly after 2 confirmations on the blockchain.. after making a nice profit I decided to withdrawal.
The withdrawal wasn't as quick as i'd hope, on the website it says 3-10minutes but it took a bit over 1hour for me, which is still pretty good considering other casinos take days lol
I'd still love to be able to play Evolution Live Casino on here, which is still not possible even with VPN.. If you guys can arrange that, i'll definitely become a more regular player!!

Thanks for your feedback, and we're genuinely sorry for the inconvenience you've experienced.
We recently experienced a technical disruption due to a targeted attack, which temporarily caused 404 errors on some pages and delays in support response. We're happy to confirm that all services are now fully operational, and we're working hard to catch up on the support backlog caused by the incident.
As an autonomous, privacy-focused platform, we sometimes face unique challenges in handling high-volume requests, but we’re actively improving both stability and responsiveness to provide a smoother experience.
Regarding game access — restrictions can vary by provider and location. Using a VPN might help in some cases, but some providers still limit access based on jurisdiction regardless. We understand this can be frustrating and are working to expand compatibility where possible.
We appreciate your patience and hope to earn back your trust soon. If you still need assistance, please feel free to reach out again — we’re here to help.

UPDATING MY REVIEW!
So 3 days after my initial $1000 withdrawal attempt and I just got an email saying it was cancelled. I went back into account and money was there so I retried withdrawal and it worked! ANONCASINO IS NOT A SCAM IT IS 100 % LEGIT NO KYC, VPN/USA FRIENDLY, INSTANT CASHOUTS (after apparent problem with original cash out) GIVE THESE GUYS A TRY YOU WOBT REGRET IT!
Anon casino: please accept my sincerest apology for jumping the gun on you guys. Perhaps maybe work on customer care responding to chats/emails/problems way faster and you guys will be golden. 5 STARS!
Idk what do about my situation with anoncasino. Basically, I saw all the 5 star reviews here on Trustpilot and was most excited about the truly no kyc and the under 10 minute automatic cashout so decided to sign up.
Long story short i signed up last night deposited once then and twice today. My last deposit i got lucky and hit a 1000x spin and decided to cashout. I had $1100 in my account and requested 1000 to my btc wallet and kept 100 to keep playing. I finished my request and was happy to wait knowing it only be 3-10 minutes (anoncasino gives this guarantee multiple times throughout their site) before recieving my funds..
ONLY PROBLEM IS ITS NOW BEEN 5 HOURS AND I STILL HAVEN'T RECIEVED IT. IT STILL SAYING CREATED NO UPDATES NO RESPONSE FROM SUPPORT. HOWEVER WHEN I WITHDREW MY 100 I GOT IT ALMOST INSTANTLY, WHY IS THAT ANONCASINO PLEASE ANSWER ME MY USERNAME IS BIGDADDYSPINS.
I don't understand why i can get my 100 dollar withdrawal in minutes but my big one has not even been processed after 5 hours.I will gladly update review to 5 stars if anomcasino fixes this cuz every single thing else about their casino is amazing and i was hoping it would be my new one.

A perfect example of how online casinos should be
I really like this casino mostly due to its ease of use. There aren’t all the stupid wager requirements and ridiculous bonus stipulations like other online casino sites. You put money in, play, win, cash out, done. Just like a real casino(how everyone should model their casinos)
