If you are a business owner looking for a reliable answering service, I would suggest looking elsewhere.
After more than 6 years with AnswerForce, they were still asking how to pronounce my company name. That says a lot about the lack of attention to detail.
I made multiple requests to update our script, and those changes were not properly carried out. When you hire an answering service, you expect them to follow instructions and represent your business correctly. That did not happen consistently here.
The overall service was inconsistent, communication was lacking, and there was very little accountability when issues came up. I also found it very difficult to get access to a manager for meaningful resolution.
Your answering service is often the first point of contact for a new customer. That role is too important to leave in the hands of a company that cannot maintain consistency.

I used AnswerForce while in the same position at a previous company. I was pleased with them then. When it came time to switch answering services at my current position, AnswerForce was my first call.
Website gave immediate pricing after collecting limited intake info. While I was digesting what I was reading, Pamela Gordon called me. She was beyond helpful and personable. Took the time to hear my needs and answered all of my questions. I don't know if there's any way to request her if you call to sign up but certainly try to. (pamela.gordon at answerforce dot com) When we decided to go with AnswerForce I called Pamela and she walked me thru the entire sign up process live, while we were on the phone. I'm old-school and that level of customer service carries a lot of weight with me. If I have any questions, she calls me right back. Can't ask for more than that.
AnswerForce's pricing was far better than our previous company and more features were included. (like Live Chat) Overall, this has been a great experience.

Spoorthi was great! This was my second try at getting our schedule fixed - the staff member I chatted with last night messed it up.
Spoorthi was able to take my request and implement it with minimal clarifying questions.
The only critisism I have, is not with Spoorthi, its with the platform. There should be a way in the on-call schedule program to setup re-occurring schedules. Limiting to copy/paste is not efficient for users to use.
