Scam website!! trying to return an order multiple times but says webpage cannot be found and email address not recognised! fake website

This company is awful! I purchased a dress for my baby shower and it took a month to arrive. I tried it on and the dress was terrible, the band around the belly was completely crooked (one side was higher than the other). It was meant for mayernity but it didnt fit like it should have. I know I ordered the right size based on the measurements they provided and thankfully got a dress from a different company in the same size which did fit.
I tried to return the dress but they wont answer my emails, I have sent at least 5 with no response. The dress cost me $95! Now I'm stuck holding onto a dress I'll never be able to use and out $95. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

Just had to file a claim against this trash site because of the garbage dress they sent me. I spent a total of $83 on a dress that was meant to be used for a wedding and a baby shower, just for it to be completely sheer once it arrived. I immediately emailed them to request a refund, and proceeded to email them an additional 3 times before I got a response. They requested photos of the original packaging and the dress to ensure it was in good condition, and after I quickly sent the requested images and information, they ghosted me AGAIN. I emailed them a total of 7 times to no avail! Garbage dress quality, garbage customer service, and garbage overall experience.

Definitely the WORST!!! Customer service to initiate return is nonexistent and the design is flawed. Absolutely nothing like the picture.

Zero stars. Scam website. DO NOT ORDER. lost $200 on legit costumes. Nothing as pictured. Emailed 10 times for refund. Responded once just to never answer again. Insanity.

Would rate it 0 stars if I could. Absolute scam website. Ordered a dress for my baby shower only to find out weeks after that the picture was photoshopped from another dress I saw on TikTok. Ordered the dress on TikTok and it was the exact same dress as the one I ordered from Anteross, only a fraction of the price. Have tried to return the Anteross dress and customer service have ignored me so I’ve not been able to return the dress.

This website is a scam website. Do not order from here. Sickening that they market their products to ‘pregnancy, motherhood, and special moments’ yet take advantage of that.

Scam company! Dresses look nothing like advertised and can get better quality on the likes on shein.
Now i want to return i'm being ignored so i'm havjng to lodge a section 75 dispute to get any money back. Avoid at all costs!!

Do not buy from this company . Expensive for how poorly made the dress I bought was. I have tried to return it over 6 weeks ago and had no response from them

0 stars for this company its all a scam. Do not purchase anything from this website. They were really good at response before and during processing but after the dress came it was nothing like what I ordered. I have been trying to contact them over a month now and no response. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Do not trust this company - they were very responsive ahead of me ordering, but now I want to submit a return they are ignoring me. I ordered 6 bridesmaids dresses for a large amount of money - all looked beautiful on the website in high quality but when they arrived, absolutely appalling. They don't adhere to the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and I'm having to speak to my bank to process this. Fraudulent and untrustworthy company - please avoid at all costs! They must pay for sponsored ads at the top of google as that’s how they came up for me - AVOID!!!!! Scam.

Awful quality dress that looked nothing like the image on the website. I tried contacting them to return it, and they just ignored me! Total scam

Ordered green cape dress, they sent me the burgundy version and doesn't look like the one online - have emailed four times and no reply. I am going to have to request a refund through my bank

If I could give zero stars, I would. Purchased a dress from here and the sizing wasn’t right. It was also cheaply made. I’ve emailed them about 12 times to return the item and they responded once just to tell me to send more information, which I’ve already sent them.

Going to attempt to file a charge back on my husband’s card.

Scam - bought a dress and took about two weeks to arrive. No response from support for refund. Ordered a dress similar on Shein and come to find out they're exactly the same when they both arrived!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS "COMPANY". You're better off finding it off Shein at more than half the cost as well. Paid Anteross $75...Shein $15 for the exact same dress if not even better fitting.

Order came and it was not at all what I ordered. Was meant to be cotton was polyester. Everything was wrong about it. Reached out for a refund almost 10 days ago now with no response. This is a scam website do not use.

Order arrived late and I haven't received a response to my email requesting a return despite chasing.

Scam company. Ordered 2 dresses totalling £108. 18 days for delivery and dresses are extremely poor quality (not as pictured). Impossible to contact the company for a return and so have not been able to do so despite 4 emails to them to request a return. I have filed complaint with Trading Standards via Citizens Advice.

The dresses do arrive but they aren’t good quality and customer service team does not reply to you. This website is definitely a scam

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Awful quality of dresses considering the price tag. Colour different to the what the website shows. Delivery took ages. Attempted to contact them as there were no return instructions (simply to email to start a return) and I haven’t heard back for weeks. Multiple attempts to contact them via their website and email but still haven’t received a reply. Complete scam and a waste of £150.

Ordered a dress for my baby shower it took over 3 weeks to come so missed the event. I wanted to return the product straight away to get my money back, I followed the steps to do the return but they never replied to any of my emails to do the return.
