Quality meets organic products
I have been placing orders regularly for about a year now; their own products—such as spices, herbal teas, and especially the sun-dried pepper and tomato pastes—are wonderful and delicious.
I would like to thank the Anthap team for this brand, where quality meets organic and natural products, and for ensuring fast service and excellent packaging; I highly recommend them.

Just delicious
I'm really glad I've found this company. Anthap's molasses sucuk and double roasted turkish delight are the best I've ever tried. Spices are of excellent quality. Definitely will be back. Great customer service. A big thanks to Gulcan who was really helpful sorting issues with delivery courier.

BE AWARE: To return a defective or wrong item that was sent to you, the buyer has to pay for the return postage!!
I ordered on 6/6/26 a variety of nuts from Anthap for £69.58. One of the items was “Anthap Roasted Salted JUMBO Pistachios”. I received the wrong type of pistachios. I requested a return label and if they could send me the correct product.
Firstly, Mr Turan dismissed my claim and insisted that they only sell one type of pistachios, (WRONG, according to their website). Then I was asked to send picture evidence. I forwarded the photos of the pistachios that I received which says “roasted salted pistachios” on the bag which contains tiny pistachios, a photo of JUMBO pistachios that was on their website at the time of my order which said “ROASTED SALTED JUMBO PISTACHIOS” + a copy of my invoice + order form showing ROASTED SALTED JUMBO PISTACHIOS” were ordered, NOT TINY PISTACHIOS.
After 5 emails and enough evidence to satisfy the MI5, Mr Turan reply was:
“We only sell one type of roasted salted pistachios, and the product you received is the same product we sell.
If you send the product back to us and cover the shipping cost, we will process the refund for that product.”
Mr Turan has been, unfamiliar with the products listed on their website, dismissive to discard all the evidence that was sent to him and unprofessional by repeatedly dismissing a valid claim backed by evidence.
Not only there has not been any apology for their mistake, I have also been asked to pay for the return postage of the WRONG item that they sent me!!
It is rather petty and pathetic to value a £3 return label more than retaining a regular customer? Mr Turan is definitely not an asset to the company in the customer services.

We would like to clarify that the pistachios shown on our website are two different products based on their origin: one is California-grown, while the other is Turkish-grown. The product you ordered was the Turkish-origin roasted salted pistachios, and we only stock one roasted salted version of this product, which is the item you received.
We understand that the pistachios may have appeared smaller than you expected, and we're sorry that this was disappointing. While the product supplied was correct, we appreciate that it may not have matched your expectations.
Regarding the refund, our returns policy is as explained in our previous correspondence. If you choose to return the product, the return process will be handled in line with our brand's return policy.
Your feedback is valuable to us, and we will continue working to make our product descriptions and images as clear as possible to help avoid similar misunderstandings in the future.

A well deserved 5 star
We have been buying our nuts from Anthap for some time now, and every order has exceeded our expectations. The product quality is excellent, and the customer service is outstanding. Elif Hanım has been incredibly helpful in dealing with our queries, and we are very happy with Anthap overall.

Customer communication is very poor
Customer communication is very poor. I placed an order and later found out that some products shown on the website were actually out of stock. They offered replacement products, but the items I wanted were also unavailable. When I asked for a refund, communication was confusing because different people handled different things, and sometimes there was no reply at all. One refund was even sent with the wrong amount by mistake. Another time I received different products from what I ordered. After that, instead of asking for another refund, I decided to buy something else for a future order, but again my messages were ignored. There were too many mistakes and very little proper customer support. The only positive thing is that the person preparing the boxes does a very careful and organised job. Everything was packed neatly and checked properly. I also placed a few extra orders to support the business, but unfortunately it was not worth it for me, and I will not order again.
