Anti-Static ESD Reviews 

Ordered a single ESD safe lab chair costing over £250. Chair arrived in a smashed, battered box with a large hole on one side.

Contacted antistatic ESD with photographic evidence to show how bad I thought this was and that I find it absolutely unacceptable.

All they could say is "it didn't leave us like that". That I fully understand and I know couriers can be rough on parcels, but the onus is on antistatic ESD to pack their items properly using appropriate materials as required.

I requested that they arrange to take the chair (unopened from the battered box) back and issue a full refund. They just said that we should open up the box and the chair should be fine. Completely missing the point of good customer service and how to rectify extremely poor packaging procedures.

We will not be using them again.

Picture on website is not what is supplied. Anti-static EDS claim its a picture for illustrative purpose only. What they meenis they cant be bothered to update there website

Order dispacted 7 days after it was placed, when the delivery information says: 'We strive to deliver your order within 1-5 days of purchase.' Feedback requested before goods received, as goods not received yet 8 days after the order.
