Pleased with the quality of my new build at Priory Gardens, Burscough and also the after sales service. The assistant site manager Martin followed up today on a small snagging issue to check all been resolved.

Tony the technician is very skilled and worked constantly throughout the day not stopping. He did all jobs to an impeccable standard and was respectful whilst working in our home.

Chris Appleton couldn’t do enough for us today and an exceptional job from start to finish top class workmanship and a credit to your technician team .

Anwyl Eagle'sGreen, we were so impressed with everyone from day 1, our first meeting with Debbie in the sales office to the after care we received from Ian once we had moved in.
Debbie and Emma guided us through every part of the purchase and kept us updated at every stage until the keys were handed over on completion day.
Any snagging was dealt with promptly and Ian went above and beyond to ensure everything was done to our satisfaction, we couldn't have asked for anyone better to liase with us, he is so approachable and so easy to talk to.
We are so happy with our new home, it is so comfortable and well thought out and because of all the kind and thoughtful people we've encountered we really feel part of the Anwyl family.

From the moment we received the keys, we were already very happy with the overall quality of the house.

Ian, the Site Manager, has been excellent. He is decisive, quick to take action, and explains everything clearly, giving us confidence that any issues will be resolved properly.

Lewis, the Assistant Site Manager, has been incredibly helpful throughout. He always responds in detail, listens carefully to our feedback, and has worked hard to ensure any outstanding items are addressed.

We have also received great support from the customer service team, particularly Debbie and Samantha, who have been attentive and helpful throughout the process.

Overall, we are extremely satisfied with Anwyl. The development is attractive, the house design is practical and well thought out, and the entire buying journey has been smooth from start to finish. We were also delighted that our completion date came sooner than expected.

They were timely, helpful and polite and solved our cabinet issues efficiently and left everything spic and span.

Chris Appleton attended a job to rectify some settlement cracks that naturally appeared. He was timely, efficient, personable and professional - the staircase looks brand new again!! He even went above and beyond to fix a piece of woodwork that our new puppy, Gordon, chewed which saved me a job. Thanks again Chris, you are excellent and are a credit to Anwyl.

We had such a Fantastic experience buying a home with Anwyl. From reservation to completion, Stephanie was incredibly helpful and kept us updated throughout both the buying and building process. She made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free.
When it came to choosing our options, she was extremely patient, gave us plenty of time to make decisions, and offered great support throughout. We genuinely couldn't fault her.
Kelly was also fantastic in the office and always helpful whenever we needed assistance. Thank you both for making the journey to our new home such a positive experience!

Chris Appleton, Josh & Tony attended our home today for some remedial works to the master bedroom & landing floor. They were very punctual, professional & friendly. They respected our home and kept the work space tidy. They worked well as a team and was an absolute joy to have them doing the work, really nice guys. Very pleased and would highly recommend all 3 technicians. Thank you guys 😀👍

I had a few noise issues in the bathroom suite after demonstrating them via video. An appointment was offered, and two technicians, Richard Nelson and Lee, were sent out to fix both issues. They were superb, very professional, courteous, and genuinely respected your property. They were two nice people, which is important because it puts you at ease.

Just want to say a big thankyou to Kelly and Stephanie you have both been amazing through the process and been so patient with me and really helpful and informative. The house is beautiful and the third one my family have bought! Would defo recommend Anwyl homes!

Chris came today to replace dish washer panel and was very polite, helpful and very tidy worker.

Excellent communication throughout, made the home buying experience really straightforward.
