From day one when we walked into sales office, the staff at Anwyl have been nothing but welcoming, patient (very), friendly and helpful. Deb and Sam made us feel at ease during the whole sales process and kept us updated right up to the eleventh hour, literally.
Our first meeting with Ian the site manager back in July when the house was a shell was a superb introduction to what we should expect. We've had a couple of new builds before but this house was the best we've seen at the build stage and the whole site looked impressive and clean.
Despite a very harrowing moving in date just before Christmas (not Anwyl's fault and indeed Deb was superb) we have had complete satisfaction from the site staff. Any issues and there have been a few, have been dealt with swiftly and satisfactory. Ian has ensured that if something needed to be done it has been and keeping us updated all the time.
We have found that everyone on site are prepared to go over and beyond to maintain customer satisfaction and these customers are indeed quite satisfied.

Anwyl have been outstanding throughout the entire process, from viewing the show home to purchasing, moving in, and resolving any issues. Their team has been attentive, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They've made buying and moving into our first home a seamless experience, and I would highly recommend Anwyl to anyone looking for an stress-free and positive homebuying experience. We’re incredibly happy at Eagles Green.

We’ve had a great experience with Anwyl. Stacey and the team have been professional, helpful, and quick to arrange appointments to resolve snagging issues in a timely manner. The team who came to fix the issues did a very good job and completed the work to a high standard. We really appreciate their support and communication throughout.

Chris - sealed, sanded and painted about sockets after electricians came and left a few bits about. Friendly , helpful and cleaned up fully after himself. 10/10

Richard Nelson has been a fantastic support since moving in. He has been to the house 3 times now to complete snag work and is scheduled to come back again to complete some follow up work. Richard is great, he just gets on with everything and keeps me updated. Always a pleasure when I am told Richard is completing snag work for me. Thanks 😊

Chris and Josh came today to replace our front door, fantastic job done, and all mess cleaned up afterwards.

Very polite and very quick and efficient

Really lovely, friendly and professional fixed the original issue quickly and also did an additional repair while he was here so that someone else wouldn’t need to come out again. Really appreciated the extra help and the care he took. Would definitely recommend Paul Higham

We have to say that Steph and Kelly at Priory Gardens were both fantastic. All queries answered promptly and efficiently without any hassle. Nothing was too much trouble and both had the patience to let us make a decision without force or pushing. We can’t praise them enough. Many thanks ladies.

We moved in, in September the house was filthy I could write my name in the dust, customer service after care do the bare minimum the site agent fobs you off until after the 4 week call, the finish is not great on a house that cost£400000

Our technician Paul H was superb. Really polite, friendly and respectful of the property. Also signposted what he would be doing, offering me options and recommendations where appropriate. He also chatted through some general property maintenance tips, products he trusts etc. Top guy, a credit.to the team.

The technician, Chris Appleton, arrived promptly and was extremely polite and professional. The work was carried out to a very high standard and we are very pleased with the outcome.

Paul arrived earlier than scheduled after a cancellation, he diagnosed the issue with my front door and got it fixed in a jiffy.

We were having trouble with our doors closing. Lee popped round and fixed this without any issues and was very friendly.

The customer service is very robust. From the sales team to the site management team, I cannot fault them. We were giving consistent update on the development from start till we were handed our key.

We had few snags in our property, but the site manager Keith and Andy were always there. Before we knock the door was always open. I cannot fault the customer service led by Louise and the site management team in any way shape or form.
