There were no trustpilot reviews for this site when i ordered, but i've since had the same issue as everyone else.

Scam.

I'll be doing a chargeback directly through my bank.

I'm so bummed! Iike so many others, I have been scammed by this company. This would have been a perfect Christmas gift....and now I have nothing. Bah humbug!

I had the same experience as other reviewers. I placed an order on December 10 with priority shipping (1-3 business days). On the 16th I reached out to let them know I had not received a shipping notification and when I went to click on my order the page no longer existed. On the 20th, after looking for a phone number that doesn't exist, I started looking for them on social media. Their social media platforms either don't allow for comments (Instagram) or all the bad ones are deleted (Facebook). They don't allow you to message them on FB, but I was able to do so on Instagram. Of course, no reply, nor has it even been seen. So, I went to the website and filled out the "contact us" form letting them know what was going on. Interestingly enough, the first email I sent was now kicked back to me as undeliverable. I have clearly been scammed, and am calling the bank to see what kind of action I can take.

Paid for an order but it never turned up. Chased so many times and never had a response.

They are spam, so do not order through them.

Sent another chase up to mail but it has bounced back. Terrible that people like this upset children looking forward to their cuddly toy for Christmas.

Terrible people.

Should be negative stars. I ordered beginning November. Still no order. Got email update saying on way. Still no order. As everyone else is saying no numbers to reach them. Gonna report to BBB. This is a Christmas gift. Thanks.

I have had the same experience as others. Ordered almost 2 weeks ago, got no confirmation email, but see the deductions from my bank account, and have not received my order or a response to my emails. So disappointed. These were supposed to be Christmas gifts. No telephone number to call. I want to report this company to the Better Business Bureau. In looking at their Legal site, the state of California is referenced.

One star for the website looking legit…Purchase 12/10. Received confirmation of order but no shipped email. Went to track the order 12/20 and page was not available. Sent email asking for order update. Because the track order page is not available I felt I might of been scammed and searched for other reviews and found others have not received orders. We called credit card account and they are investigating.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely gutted who has £50 to throw away thus Christmas!? I bought my children one each and now they're not going to be here and I certainly can't afford to replace them. I can see many people are in the same situation but what can we do to get our money back?

I also ordered from them. Been a month with no emails back. Also they act as tho my email are spam and send them back. Anyone know how we can start getting our money back

Looks like I have been robbed of my money. Ordered on 15th October for a gift to arrive by 23rd Nov. Didn't arrive, and after many emails to them I got a response saying will be dispatched 12th Dec and should arrive in 6 working days. Still nothing. Disgraceful.

Giving 1 star because I cannot give less. Similar review to all the others. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. They took my money and did not send the product. You cannot find a phone number to speak to anyone, they do not respond to emails, and if you send them too many emails, they start bouncing back to you as spam. The great reviews on their website are all fake. Wish I had seen the reviews here before falling for this. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!

I ordered an anxiety plush toy and i've had no update, no tracking number and it says shipping will be in 2-5 business days. I have emailed the company and had no response. This cost me over £50! This company is a SCAM. Would not recommend, do not waste your money

Same as others.. placed an order, no shipping or tracking info was ever given. 1 month later, still no acknowledgement of my emails to the company. Filed a claim with the bank and removed my banking info from Auto Pay so the last 2 of 4 installments of payment won't process.

This a scam! I ordered and it kept giving me a deal so I ordered three. Realized a few days later I never received a confirmation email. I've tried to log in to no avail. I've emailed them several times with no response. They stold my kids' Christmas money! Their site is the best deceptive site I've seen. The reviews on it have to be bogus. The site won't let me leave a review. Shame on these thieves for stealing my money! Do not buy from them, you're throwing your money away!

I did receive an email update that they were shipping out on the 11th & 12 of December; it should arrive in the next few days but we've also had a postal strike so I will give it until the new year before putting in a fraud claim

Edit: tried logging into my account on their website to no avail. Total scam

This place is total s#hit it’s been well over a month I’ve reached out serval times and no response. There is no number to call them. I image that’s how they want it to be too. This is a huge scam!!!

I was in the same boat as the other one-star reviewers. After much digging around it turns out it might not be as big of a scam as it seems (just very misleading).

They work on preorders. It advertises that shipping will only take 2-3 business days, but the preorder could take up to 4 MONTHS. Deep in the product description and FAQs describes this situation.

Like many others said the company is also terrible at communication. I've sent 4 emails now and have not received a single response. If they had just explained to me the preorder situation I would have still been annoyed and felt misled, but at least I would not have thought I was scammed. It could still be a scam, but only time will tell if I ever receive the plush I order (maybe in May or April?).

SCAMMERS!!!! They will take your money and never respond to emails or anything!!!!!! I had to call my bank and get the charges removed & reported them.

They are still scum. No response to my direct emails or through Amazon. No product. Apparently my email to their DNS registrar didn’t do anything either. Amazon Payments says I must wait 3 weeks before can file a claim for refund. Amazon shows email officialanxietyplushies at gmail.com but I get no response there either.
