Simone and Freya were extremely helpful in making sure I got the book I wanted, to the extent of sending me photos of it. As a consequence of that I also had to return a book, and that was dealt with as efficiently. I am very pleased to recommend Anybook and will happily use them again.

As I was interested in purchasing a book from Anybook I had a series of questions to compare one book to another book, which was listed in their catalog. Buying books online frequently, I noticed that it usually takes a couple of days for other seller to respond to a question. It took Simone from Anybook less than an hour to come back to me with the answers. How Anybook was paying very close attention to my needs gained them my admiration.

I ordered a book 10 days ago. The book is in great conditions. However, it arrived with a one day-delay. Nevertheless, once I wrote an email, they answered me immediately. They were attentive and fast. Awesome customer service.
