Terrible experience
Terrible experience. I made enquiries with them before I decided to subscribe because I was excited with what I was told. I got the opposite of everything I was told. I’m choosing USA proxy and getting UAE proxy, static proxy is not static and rotates a lot. I requested for refund, no refund so I abandoned it after few hrs usage, there goes my $25…

Hi,
We’re sorry to hear about your experience.
However, during our exchanges, we explained that the issue was due to an incorrect setup on your side. The wrong targeting parameters were used.
Our support team tried to help, but unfortunately, you chose not to follow the guidance provided. We always strive to assist our users, and accurate configuration is key to getting the most from our service.
Regarding the refund: our policy is clearly stated and very easily accessible on our website. We believe in transparency and fairness, which is why we make this information available upfront for all users before they purchase.
That being said, if you’d like to give it another try, we’d be happy to assist you and ensure everything is configured correctly

Would recommend these proxies.
The proxies run smoothly, when choosing static over rotating they usually remain active much longer than expected with other providers. Overall pretty happy and will continue using them. Support is fairly quick too, especially compared to other providers.
