Purchased a VSF 1:1 PAM - £550

They didn't have it in stock, so sent images of something they did have.

I asked if the specification was the same, they acknowledged it was the same specification.

Item arrived...the dial looks like it's been coloured in by a 3 year old. Below AAA quality.

Emailed them 4 times with pictures they won't respond.

My advice, don't bother, just use the forums, this is a scam website, save your time, money and energy.

Let me begin by saying that ARW is absolutely, 100% legitimate. Prior to writing this review I decided to take a look at the 1 star reviews. It is clear that the individuals providing a bad review have little to no experience in this space. (I would call them Noobs but would not want to offend the factory!)

As someone who has purchased from more than 5 different TD's., ARW has provided the absolute best post purchase communication out of any competitor, and the products have received are the ACTUAL products that are pictured.

When looking for a quality rep dealer and product, I cannot stress the following point enough:

DO NOT EXPECT a $100 rep to function like a $500 rep, and DO NOT EXPECT a $500 rep to function like a $900+ rep!!

ARW sources their products from the same factories as other dealers. They can't magically turn chicken scratch into chicken salad!

The bottom line is that ARW is a dealer in which you can feel totally safe dealing with. If you have any hesitancy or questions about the product you want to purchase then you shouldn't hesitate to ask them directly before buying!

You can feel safe transacting business with ARW, and I have yet to receive any products from them that are not superb quality and true to the product pages' descriptions.

I ordered the Rolex desk clock in blue. It’s perfect. The blue is the exact right shade. The date window actually works and the second hand sweeps. I love it! Nice people to deal with.

Hello everyone..Ok, so I finally received all 3 of my watches🙏🏽😉👍🏽. I’m very pleased with the quality of them all. Communication with ARW was always timely and they are very responsive.Onky issue I had was, there was a shipping issue with my order possibly due to the Pandemic so they arrived later than expected but I have them all and I have 0 complaints about the quality of the watches...I would definitely recommend ARW to anyone in my immediate circle. 100% good quality watches...I’m not sure how to add pic’s of my watches here but I purchased 2 UBoat watches and a Ladies Cartier👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
