Arrived yesterday, very pleased with my watch the authenticity is absolutely outstanding. Weight and finish is second to none, great communication throughout the process and good speedy delivery.

I use to buy watches from other establishments until I ran into some issues with them not checking their products before sending them out to the customer. With the three companies I was dealing with at the time...ARW has the best customer service. I have been purchasing from ARW for a little over 6 years and so far their products and services have always been great. With each purchase over a certain amount I have received a Mont Blanc pen and a small screw driver for adjusting my watch. None of the other establishments I dealt with in the past did that. On top of that both Yvonne and Chris have always reached out to me by email to see how I'am doing, or to check on my recent purchase's, and to update me on great deals they are promoting. Yeah!...there are a lot of Croaks and Scammers out there on the web.
But you have to do your homework and communicate with the company. Ask those questions first before you buy a product from them. And when you do make a purchase, make sure you screenshot your purchase order via email, paypal or western union, and send a copy to the company. Try to be transparent with the company. There will be some work on your part since there is a little language barrier. These watches are going to last a long time if you take care of them and don't abuse them. I have dealt with ARW since 2013. During the uncertainty of delivery times during a Global Pandemic, the company continued to communicate and update on the status and location of the order over 4 weeks.

The watch arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. It was exactly as described and an impressive addition to my collection.

Wore this watch for the first 4 days after it arrived. I couldn't wear it on the 5th day because my other watches were getting jealous. :)

guys i tell you all, treat the sellers as you want to be treated and show respect. my experiance was: i wanted to buy a watch in rosegold and the friendly sellers showed me a picture of the watch i payed for. i took just 1 look at it and said ohh nonono, this is not 1:1. and the seller also told me he measured the bezel of it and said its only a 40mm not a 41mm. so i said refund maybe? chris and yvonne totally understood me but said please look for another watch you might like. quick i found it. im talking here about a day date 2, platinum, iceblue dial with diamonds. i asked how about this? he said yes available but they have to built it for me and it will take a while. waiting was all worth. normally you have to wait 2 years for it when you buy original. but they were fast and built very clean. they shipped to austria ems wich arrived in 10 days my house. so this is what i call fast and serious! i opend the backcase and really liked what i saw, a solid clockwork that is 3 seconds to fast in 24 hours, and this is more than exceptable, perfect and exact like a original one. 3-4 seconds faster or slower is in the range of a very good automatic clockwork. it looks also very good. i asked politely for a lil screwdriver for the links on the bracelet. was includet! i not asked for a perfect mont blanc pen meisterstück but it was also includet. so it was all a bit complicated and took a while i have to admit but if you can not wait with patience forget it. for a good watch you have to wait, fact! the workers did a great job on this timepice. my feeling tells me it will last long and if not im sure they can do something for me. but thats the worest case. im confident it will work good when i take care. its waterproof when you only swimm, no problem to dive 3 meters, just make sure the backcase and crowne is closed good.

I recieved my watch and it looks and feels like really good quality and its kept good time so far . The communication was good , however it took ages to arrive.
But I eventually got it and it's what I wanted so over all good.

I am a repeat customer of ARW. Have always been very pleased with both their products and services. Purchased 3 watches, a watch box, several pen boxes, and several MB pens. A "Batman", A black Datejust 41, and 36mm Ballon Blue, and several Meisterstuck pens. Everything I have purchased has been very high quality. I really believe it would take a good jeweler to tell that these are not 1oo% authentic. I have been very pleased with ARW all the way around. I will be making more purchases in the future. EVEN ATTEMPTED TO SHOW ANY MORALS BY TRYING TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT..., HE STILL OWES ME OVER $1000 NOW IN CERTIFIED DEBTS OUTSTANDING, THE CN GOVERNMENT ARE AFTER HIM FOR CHILD TRAFICKING APPARENTLY AND OTHER DEVIOUS ACTS WITH MINORS, SO HE WILL BE IN A LABOR CAMP IF HE IS LUCKY FOR A LOOOONNNNGGG TIME.
WOULD IT HAVE NOT BEEN EASIER TO HAVE JUST HANDLED CORRECTLY YEARS AGO, RATHER THA NOW WHERE THEY HAVE EXPOSED YOUR OTHER INTEREST IN SEXUALLY DEVIANT ACTIVITY...COME ON CHRIS LEE....YOU ARE TRULY SICK...GOOD RIDDENS..

Acheté des montres: 200$(tudor GMT) dans poubelle après 1 SEMAINE. 150$ (submariner) brisés après 1 mois. 300$(omega) marche, mais movement avait pas 'hacking hands'. 600$ (panerai) defois marche bien, defois s'arrêtent. Finalement, seulement 600$ Tudor Pelagos avec "ETA swiss " marchent encore sans problème depuis 3 ans. Très déçu par résultat.

İ bought several articles, pens and a "high quality" watch for more aß 400 USD. Status: three pens broken already (mechanics). The watch is of terrible quality of the outside finish. The mechanical reserve If the watch is not used is good for minutes or Up to 30 minutes. You have to set the time everyday if the watch should not deviate around 30 seconds. Additionally the customs checked some pens on the way. Maybe İ face charges soon. Forget it. Very bad quality, potential danger you will have serious legal problems.
