Do not rent here

Do not rent here
This complex is terrible their maintenance Is nonexistent. One of the reasons we choose this place was it was gated since our grandson was going there. The gate has not worked for a long time and never ever got fixed for the year we been there. The area is not safe Another example of poor management was They took a desk chair for someone else And never brought one back. How can you do Classwork at a Desk with no chair I would give them a zero if I could. Do not lease with these people or their property management company Asset Living. Ray B

Hello Ray - Thanks for leaving feedback about your experience. It appears you were wanting to leave a review about a specific apartment community rather than our site.

I would like to take a moment to clarify that ApartmentHomeLiving.com does not own nor manage the apartment listings on the website.

The listings found on our site have been provided by the rental owners and managers themselves. Our platform allows shoppers to find their perfect match using filters for price, amenities, location and much more directly on the website.

If you have an issue you would like to raise about a specific apartment community, you can contact those apartments directly using the contact form on their page of our site or their phone number if they have provided it.

Please note that - If there are no contact details on their page on our site, then the contact details have not been provided to our website by the owners of that property. Instead you might search for another rental in the area that is an active listing with phone and/or email details.

We strive to create a top notch apartment shopping experience through our website to match renters to our communities they will love. If you have experienced usability issues using the ApartmentHomeLiving.com website itself, please let our feedback team know about it via our contact form at https://www.apartmenthomeliving.com/info/contact

Avoid this website at all costs

Avoid this website at all costs! This is a data mining site! I signed up to receive apartment listings from them and now I keep getting scam emails from third parties that have no unsubscribe button! These emails look legit which is why they keep bypassing Google’s spam filter. Also, even their own email confirming my subscription to their apartment listings doesn’t have an unsubscribe button. I will file a lawsuit against these people. I should have researched this site before I signed up for apartment listing emails.

Posts apartments without consent

Update:

While this company has partially removed my condo listing, which was advertised without my consent, it is not fully removed. I've requested again that it be completely removed.

Still waiting.

This company posts apartments that are not for rent. They currently have my apartment listed on their site. It has been owner-occupied for over 10 years.

I'm currently waiting for them to respond to remove my property from their site

Quoted $1500

Quoted $1500, then when we told them we would take it for a month, the price was changed to $2200. Sketchy business practices......

Hey Melody - We are saddened to hear that you had this experience with one of the apartments who have listed themselves on our website, ApartmentHomeLiving.com.

ApartmentHomeLiving.com displays apartment listings across the USA and Canada that have been provided by the rental owners and managers themselves.

Please note that the properties and any leasing negotiations with them are handled by the actual management companies and/or leasing teams who own and manage the properties and that chose to list their details on our website to reach renters. ApartmentHomeLiving.com does not own or manage any leasing done by the properties themselves.

We would suggest reaching out to the actual management company of the apartments whom you contacted and perhaps leaving them a review on their site or review site notating your experience.

Had A Decent Experience

The site is good, but I'm a hard rater.

The good: Helped me find my last apartment pretty quickly. Had good pictures and lots of apartments to compare and stuff. Mostly easy to use.

The bad: When I called one of the apartments the price had changed from what the site said. Not a big deal though. I guess it makes sense because sometimes things change before a site can update or whatever. I really wish they had some type of way to save apartments I liked though. Each time I went back to the site, I had to search for my favorites all over again.
