Apex Removals & Storage Group Reviews

Sonu and jashan provided great service. Really pleased. Delivered at 2 different addresses in same price. Would highly recommend apex.

Amazing service from shabaz and naman very speedy and careful

The team were fantastic all round. Polite, friendly, very helpful. Took great care loading and unloading. All in all, above and beyond all expectations. Thanks guys!!

Guri, Arsh and Mohammad were friendly, respectful, and kept me updated throughout the process. Everything arrived safely and on time. I truly appreciate their hard work and outstanding customer service.

Absolutely amazing! Amman, Suhail and Raouf were absolutely lifesaving, it was 28° today and crazy humid and they packed everything up and moved it in a day, asked me so many questions about how I wanted everything done. They were so respectful of everything. As a single mumma I am super grateful. I hope I don't have to move again soon but I'll recommend them to everyone. Thank you guys.

Do not use Apex! If something goes wrong, which it did catasrophically for our move, you will never hear from customer services again! They CANCELLED OUR MOVE THE NIGHT BEFORE THE JOB!!!! We haid paid our deposit and have a long email trail of comms relating to our move. They returned none of my emails until I complained on Trustpilot, and only that was a couple of phone calls. They are not respondong to me on email and I am going to have to take them to court.

Everything was perfect start to finish, the boys were professional and respectful with our belongings

Team were great. really helpful and looked after our belongings from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble for them. A great company and would highly recommend.

We used Apex to move to our first home together. They were faultless from start to finish. Brilliant communication - clear, concise. Fantastic value for money (& trust me, we shopped around). Cheapest by far and the most comprehensive service. The two guys who did all the moving were charming. Good humoured, gentle, kind, knowledgeable, efficient, swift and just completely brilliant. As I said, I cannot find fault in anything. And they're all charming humans!! Thanks guys ✨

A excellent booking process with a clear price. A friendly office team who were quick to respond to my questions.
On the move day the team were friendly, professional and considerate. They went above and beyond to make the move easy. A fantastic team, who made moving house the easiest I’ve ever had to do.

Very fast & stress free great value for money

Wonderful thank you Shahbaz and Samantha lovely guys and very happy!

Excellent service. Team is very professional. Paul, Rapid and amam were very polite, made my move super smooth. Thank you Apex !

Saini, Guri and Neeraj have been amazing today. They have made a very stressful time much less so. Very understanding, polite and helpful with checking what needed to be moved and where. Really appreciate their efforts today. Thank you!

Everything moved quickly, went above and beyond what was required.

Excellent and timely service. Raouf and Amaan went above and beyond.

Absolutely brilliant team. They were on time and very efficient. It’s so hot at the moment and they all worked hard and quickly with top respect for myself and belongings. The team was Sam, Rana and Vactor and I would really recommend you use these guys- they asked where I wanted things put, they wrapped the belongings well and they even mended my bookcase! Thank you so much, it was a big move with a long journey and you were all still friendly and good tempered. Thanks again!

I had a great experience with Apex Moving Company. The team was professional, punctual and very accommodating throughout the entire move. A special thank you to Shanawaz for handling my belongings with great care and efficiency, and to Sunny for helping me throughout the move and sorting everything out. They were both friendly, hardworking, and made the whole process smooth and stress free. I highly recommend Apex Moving Company to anyone looking for reliable and excellent moving services

Removal was okay. Setting up was very administrative and time consuming. Reasonable but not great value for money. Movers did not speak great English, causing a severe language barrier as would not move the stuff where I wanted them to. Movers also complained about having to take a king size bed (in brand new wrapping, nice and easy to move) up the stairs (this was of course included and I couldn't offer to move it myself as I am disabled. Then mover stood over for me and forced me to give him a 5 star review. Review wouldn't go through due to lack of internet and he became very assertive with me, standing very close and being generally intimidating. Review now changed. I would say I wouldn't reasonably use them again, especially as I booked a second move through a different moving company and they sub-contracted to Apex for £180 more! The second team was very difficult.

Great service and care. Raouf and Amaan were fantastic.
