I recently purchased three cases from Apex Carbon (two iPhone 14, one iPhone 16 Pro). Shipping was reasonable given they ship from Canada—no issues there.
Two cases were perfect. The third (Honeycomb carbon) had a small hairline crack near the edge. It was minor and didn’t affect performance—I was fully prepared to keep it.
I reached out to customer service just to document it and share feedback. I never asked for or demanded a replacement.
They sent one anyway.
No hassle. No questions. No back-and-forth. Just immediate, proactive support.
That’s rare.
Anyone can sell a product—very few companies actually stand behind it like this. Apex didn’t just meet expectations, they blew past them.
If you’re on the fence because of a few negative reviews, don’t be. My experience says everything: great product, elite customer service.

Not made in Canada
I haven't recieved my order yet, but When I purchased, the website stated that it is made in Canada and a canadian-owned company. When I received my tracking information, the product is being sent from China. I'm hoping that when I receive it, it is a good quality product, but for the price that they charge for a phone case (100$ CND I was definitely disappointed to find out that it's not Canadian made, and I hope it's not a cheap China product.

Hi my name is Hunter smith. I recently got it a major car accident where I slammed into a box truck and rolled my car. The first thing I was worried about after I got out of my car was my phone. I found it laying 20 yards away from the car where it had flown out of the window when the car rolled. When I picked it up it had no damage to it at all. The case has deep scratches and is worn down from where it slid across the pavement but the phone itself is 100% fine. I just wanted to share my story with you because I was amazed how the case performed.

Cool looking phone cover
Very cool looking phone cover bought for my wife's new phone, but I chose the max & it was too big. I ordered the correct size & then tried to return the old one, but the team at Apex just credited the charge to save everyone the shipping charges & issues. Customer service is great
I bought a black Apex case for my S25 Plus, and it’s a fantastic case. Then I saw the blue one on TikTok, and I thought, 'I want that color instead.' I reached out to Apex, and they sent it to me — I just had to cover the delivery fee. Whenever I had questions about the delivery, I was always in touch with someone. I never once felt unimportant; it was like having a friend right there with me. They genuinely cared about my concerns, took their time to help, and stayed with me through the whole process. That kind of support is really rare, especially based on past experiences I’ve had with other services.

I’m updating my review after receiving a response from the company, and unfortunately it reinforces my original concerns.
My order took nearly a month to arrive. Tracking was never provided through USPS or UPS—only a vague third-party tracking page. It later became clear the product was fulfilled internationally, and drop-shipped from china, which was not clearly disclosed at checkout. Based on the stated 6–12 day shipping estimate, I reasonably expected domestic shipping.
The product quality itself was also disappointing for the price. I originally purchased it as a gift, but due to the long delivery time I had to buy a different case.
The return process was extremely frustrating. I had to email back and forth for over a week to get clear instructions, with slow responses throughout. When I was finally given a return address, it was in Canada. I was required to complete customs paperwork and pay $20 out of pocket to ship the return internationally—something that was never disclosed before purchase.
Despite now being told this is a “Canadian brand,” this was not made clear during checkout, and the international return requirement was not transparent. As of now, I still have not received my refund.
Overall, the lack of transparency around shipping origin, tracking, and returns made this a very poor experience. I would not recommend ordering unless you are comfortable with long international shipping times and paying for international returns

$111 CAD “Premium” Case Arrived Scratched and Flimsy — Paid to Return It
I ordered Apex Carbon’s most expensive carbon fiber case for my phone for $111 CAD. What arrived was extremely flimsy, didn’t feel protective at all, and it was covered in scratches—it looked like it had been used or returned before.
Because of the condition, I had no choice but to return it, and I had to pay $19.87 CAD out of pocket for return shipping. When I contacted support, they processed the product refund but refused to reimburse the return shipping, even though the return was caused by their defective/used condition product—not a change of mind.
Honestly, cases I’ve bought for $10 were far better than this $111 one. I do not recommend buying from this company. You’re paying premium pricing for non-premium quality, and you may end up paying extra just to return their mistake.

I ordered a case for the wrong phone by accident and after receiving and noticing it was my fault I contacted support and they quickly "2-3" days had the correct one shipped to me. The quality of course is top tier. I'm thankful I chose them.

Zippo “case” poorly described on…
Zippo “case” poorly described on website, everyone knows that a zippo case describes the hinged case that contains the lighter insert. On apex website it gives no clear indication that this is in fact a case for the case… of course it I want to return it I will have to spend almost as much as the item costs to ship it to Canada. I’m out my money and I have an overpriced useless case for a zippo case. Won’t ever be buying from apex carbon again. Edit: apex replied and seem to miss the point entirely as anything sold as a zippo case anywhere will be a hinged one piece item, this is not debatable. And if they wanted to make it clear as there is apparently something of a language barrier they could include a picture of the “case” in two pieces on their website. Also funny they say they want to me make it right and have failed to respond to my emails only this post.

Love it!!!
I got a purple fragment case for my iphone and I absolutely love it. The color is exactly what I pictured and the quality is amazing. I seen something for my airpods to match but I did not get it at first to see my quality but now I will definitely go back. The shipping took about 5 days and was easy to manage where my package was.
Not worth exchanging
Customer service was great — they responded quickly and were helpful. However, there were too many fees involved. It was my mistake ordering the wrong case, but paying $20 to ship it back and another $12 for them to send the replacement feels excessive. It would be nice if they at least covered the shipping cost for the new case, as I already paid for shipping cost with the old case.
