Diane has been truly amazing throughout the whole of the mortgage process. I’m self employed so it was always a little more complicated but Diane took on the challenge- always making me feel optimistic and going above and beyond what I would ever expect a mortgage broker to do. She’s one of the friendliest and most helpful people I’ve ever met- nothing was too much trouble and always there when I needed her. When my mortgage came through it was such a happy moment for me and I thank Diane from the bottom of my heart for making that happen.

After being tied in to a mortgage, despite having no financial interest in the property following a divorce many years ago, I had all but given up on having my own house again.
