I initially had my first introductory session in December 2025. I will be honest, I have tried most treatments including the Molli suit, vibro plates , oxygen tanks, medicine etc but nothing was easing my spacticity I’m suffering since having stem cell HSCT in Oct 2023. When I came away, I was surprisingly shocked.. from scooting in with heavy legs cold feet and barely been able to move the muscles in my quads let alone get in and out of the car and transfer with ease . I came away and drove back up the road, which is a seven hour journey, My feet were warm, I was able to get in and out of the car very quickly and transfer on and off my scooter easily. I couldn’t believe what a 3 1/2 hour session provided me with. I was buzzing. I even took video evidence!!!

The session initially opened my eyes to what was possible. After being told by my neuro & rehabilitation Doctors that this is as good as it was going to get, I had hope again. Not just being told meds were the way forward! Hope that I would eventually be able to walk unaided! Even get back to a gym which was a massive part of my life!

I booked my second session, which would be a weeklong in February 2026. I attended the session with Rob.. he is extremely knowledgeable and takes his time to really fully explain why he is doing certain movements and exercises. By the end of the week I could walk easier around my hotel room, I was also able to hold my leg up at a 90° angle while lying on my front and positioning my foot straight for a significant amount of time which is never happened for a long time.. engaging hamstrings I thought had been forgotten about!

Don’t get me wrong it’s hard work and you have to be open minded and understanding of the process! It’s not a quick fix and takes work and dedication to see results!

Since coming home, I have used the home machine to try and carry out the exercise exercises provided by Rob. I think it’s important to focus on the protein Rich diet and also follow the exercise exercises provided…. I have noticed my walking is cleaner, my feet are straighter when walking albeit slower. I’m getting in and out the shower easier, walking up my front steps into the car and transferring better. I have even noticed nerve pain and jerking from my worst leg. It’s like the wires are reconnecting!!! I just need to work more on the spacticity management and tight hip flexors!

It’s all about re-teaching your brain that the muscles are still there willing to be worked! I truly believe with the help of Apex Neuro by the end of this year I will be walking unaided and back in the gym.

I look forward to my second weeklong session in April and I believe in the company & it’s eithics so much I’ve booked my next session in June!

At the end of the day I am my own advocate and need to do what’s best for my body! I truly believe in their natural approach! They are all lovely and so approachable! I feel like part of the Apex Family! 🧡

After reaching many dead ends with physio and hospital appointments I wanted to look for specific physiotherapy targeting MS. I researched physio for MS in Google and this returned Apex Neuro in Cheshire. I looked at the reviews and thought wow people from all over the World travel here and lucky for me it’s 10 miles away!

I went for an 1.5 hour assessment and was amazed at how knowledgable and understanding Luke and the team was about MS and why my numerous attempts at physio have failed to make any improvement in my muscle strength and mobility in the past.

I attended a 3 day intensive course with Luke and am amazed at what we achieved in the 3 days.

My mobility and stability have improved and I am walking so much better and as a result am not grabbing onto walls and furniture to help me get from A to B!

The whole program makes perfect sense. Luke explained everything and encouraged me to push myself. This week for the first time in years have walked into a gym on my own which I never thought I would do again!

By following the high protein diet and strengthening muscles I’ve not felt for years I’m looking forward to building on the progress we made! I have also purchased the Nurokor lifetech machine to use at home.

For about 16 years I’ve had MS-like symptoms, although I don’t have a formal diagnosis. I’ve limped for around nine years, but for the last four years walking had become a real struggle and my world had started to shrink.

I’ve now had several appointments at Apex Neuro, and the whole team has been brilliant. From my introductory phone call with Sarah, who immediately put my mind at ease and explained the science so clearly, to Sam, who is careful and discreet about what he films while also being very funny and smiley. Laura and Rob always make me feel welcome when I arrive, apparently remembering me and making me laugh. Luke is knowledgeable, encouraging and motivating. He pushes me to my limits in a good way, which for someone like me who has never been a gym person is exactly what I need. He talks through what I need to be doing, what has stopped working and explains carefully why I need to continually work hard at home/gym too.

Slowly but surely my confidence is returning and I feel like I’m relearning how to walk. The biggest moment for me has been walking our dog Jesse every day again, something I hadn’t been able to do for four years. It sounds simple, but it means the world to me. I have the same support at home from my husband and I am starting to enjoy my life again.

Because of the work I’m doing at Apex Neuro, I’m also doing things again that I have gradually stopped doing over the years. I’m going into town, slowly walking around the shops, walking Jesse and meeting my husband for a drink and going out for meals with him. Things that people take for granted that I never will again.

Luke’s personality suits me perfectly. He’s friendly, positive and quickly spotted my stubborn streak. It’s clear he understands that every client is different and works with the person as much as the condition.

What really stands out about Apex Neuro is that they genuinely want you to become independent. It never feels like they’re trying to keep you coming back. They have given me the tools and confidence to get my life back.

Very friendly staff with an obvious passion for their work. Very knowledgeable about FND with a good understanding of how it affects everyday life yet keen to learn more. Each step of my sessions was clearly explained and I felt involved in the process. My own personal condition has massively improved after 1 week of intensive sessions and I am very thankful for all the work the team put in.

The intensive sessions with Rob have been awesome! Clearly very knowledgeable in his field and has a great sense of humour!! My poor body was quite stiff after 15 hours intensive work in a week but muscles woke up that haven’t been talking to me for several years. So now it’s up to me to build on these improvements. But if anybody is thinking about going to Apex Neuro I can highly recommend them. The whole team is fabulous.

The team at Apex Neuro have really given me hope to look to the future for somebody with multiple sclerosis. The treatment is definitely worth it. I have had MS for 21 years slowly declining I would never have thought that I would be starting a new Gym membership this week to increase my strength. I would highly recommend the team a lovely and welcoming and understanding 10 out of 10 for me.

I had an excellent experience working with Rob from the ApexNeuro team. After relying on a crutch for the past two years, Rob helped me approach walking and mobility in a completely new way.

His expert insight into how to properly engage muscles and re-wire my walking form was genuinely eye-opening, addressing the root issues rather than just the symptoms, with results noticeable straight away.

I left feeling more confident and hopeful about my mobility than I have in a long time and already seeing positive changes and real progress. Looking forward to improving more through the remote programme from Ireland.

We have been going to Apex weekly since September with my daughter in the hope to help her regain feeling back in her legs and to walk again. The whole team are amazing, I cannot thank them enough for the progress they have helped her make so far.

Her progress has been slow and steady but everyweek she overcomes a milestone with their care and knowledge and its incredible to see how far she has come from the start

She has been left with "medically unexplained symptoms" by "medical professionals" in the NHS who have lacked every ounce of care, compassion and treatment for my 13 year old, over the past year.

But here at Apex everything is just a breath of fresh air, their knowledge, their willingness to keep learning with you, their perseverance, care, determination, positivity and expertise has been everything.
My child has felt heard, she feels like people really care and its giving her the confidence that she needs to keep going to get better.
Absolutely everything gets explained and it ALL makes sense. Luke and Rob have been the ones that have worked with her and they are both incredible, we will keep going with Apex for as long as we need them

I honestly can’t thank Luke & the Apex Neuro team enough for my intense three-day treatment for FND. It can be hard to put trust into a treatment which others may be sceptical of, and I’m so grateful and thankful that I put my trust in your hands.

When my ‘body/brain’ trapped me, I felt completely hopeless and angry. I had very little hope for the future and was scared that this was it. While the doctors offered little to no help, I’m fortunate this was an option my family were able to consider, and I have to say it was cost-effective. The team really want you to find your feet and give you the tools you need to move forward quickly, without cutting corners. We achieved everything in three days (nine hours!)

The team are informative, knowledgeable, patient, caring, innovative, honest, and genuinely want to make a difference to help everyone who walks through the doors find their own strength and independence.

Thank you, Luke! I just can’t thank you enough for being my hero! You taught me exactly how to take control of my own body back. My treatment was only last week, and already there’s such a huge difference in what I’m able to accomplish, especially with walking my dogs 🥰. I just can’t explain how powerful it feels and looking forward to moving forward with my life!

Jorge and I traveled from the Falklands after seeing a video of a person we knew and seeing the amazing results Apex Neuro achieved.
Jorge has PPMS and it affects one side of his body causing drop foot and other issues like balance etc.
His program consisted of 8 days intensive, 3 hrs each, with the lovely Laura who with a lot of encouragement, patience and (tell me what you feel) laughs got Jorge to regain his confidence and without a doubt improve his mobility.
We will be back …..this journey is so worth it and in the meantime will continue with remote support. A big thank you to all the Apex Neuro group, you made us feel welcome from day one what an amazing job you are all doing.

I have RRMS and Apex Neuro appeared to me when scrolling on TikTok. It was the best TikTok to appear as, as soon as I saw the videos and positive outcomes they have achieved, it was inspirational, so naturally I had to book in to see what they could do for me. My MS symptoms were walking very stiffly like a soldier and very tense in my upper body. My eyes didn’t process what they were seeing to my brain fast enough (brain fog) and I had stiff and painful arms and hands, to name a few. Fast forward 4 days (12 hours) and my walking is more or less “normal”! I ran (not a marathon) 😂 but I ran the last time I saw them, no longer have pain on my arms and my hands/fingers are no longer stiff or shake! The brain fog has lifted and I cannot thank Luke and the team at Apex Neuro for the research and dedication they do for their clients! Not all hero’s wear capes 💕

I just had my first week with Rob @Apexneuro and what a fantastic week it was. I learnt so much, Rob was so knowledgeable and kind/patient. Very much looking forward to carrying on and working remotely with them. I realise I have a lot of work to do now but they have given hope that my mobility will improve. Thank you so much!

I have visited Apex Neuro twice now and I will be continuing with their remote support programme. They are unlike anything else. I have MS and have been told to expect decline as the years go on. This was all happening until I visited Apex. I was walking with a crutch, now I'm not. I was using the wrong muscles to walk, now I'm not. I was in pain, now I'm not. I could go on. My neurologist was gobsmacked when he asked me how I was and I said I'm better than I have been in 10 years. He said at this stage, we would be looking to progress me onto having secondary progressive. However, looking at me and doing the standard tests, he said I'm nowhere near that and have almost reversed parts of my MS. If you want real talk, real work and real results, visit Apex Neuro. I was skeptical when my wife showed me this business, it looked too good to be true given some of the people’s progress, but after 18 months in hospital and wheelchair bound due to multiple sclerosis I was willing to try anything for my wife…. And it’s the best decision I’ve made..

Within 6 months my wife’s went from electric wheelchair to walking mostly without aid… the transformation is incredible!

The whole team are welcoming and work on individual plans for what you or your loved one needs, you need to eat correct and do your homework away from the treatment centre but the results are undeniable… I’m so grateful for the team at Apex Neuro for giving my family a source of previous normality back!

Recently had my introductory session and was excited for treatment to start.
However when my 8 sessions where sent to me there was a link to pay. I was concerned when i opened the link to find they wanted all 8 sessions paying for in advance nearly 3 months in advance of treatment I asked if I could pay in staged payments as I had to stop work due to my issues and they said no,payment in full!!!I gmhave to ask if where the money sits is interest bearing if so do they keep the p
Interest?I find this odd as I have been having other various treatments and they don't ask for a payment in full for all treatments . The amount they requested was more than I get each month.everyone is unique and so I question the ethos of this approach.i get its private but really! No compromise i think a disgrace.i know my existing health providers will not be sending any patients to them.to say I'm disappointed and annoyed is an understatement.

Following pretty much my whole body going numb in December 2024 and having months of tests to be told it’s FND and there’s nothing the neurologists/drs can do to help I booked in with Apex. A few sessions in and there is so many improvements already, which is helping me walk better as well as gaining lost sensation back, can’t wait to see how the rest of my sessions go.
