Пользуюсь данным хостингом уже год, никаких минусов не выявил. Тех поддержка отзывчивая всегда поможет, сервера стабильные.

Я считаю, что это отличный хостинг. Пользуюсь им с 2023 года -- запустил там свой сервер в Майнкрафте и телеграм бота. Цены низкие, аптайм хороший. Поддержка отвечает в течение нескольких минут, показывая свою вовлечённость к каждой проблеме клиента.

It's a terrible hosting.They wrote in their news that they will pay for reviews on Trustpilot.Those support people are simple kids who don't understand anything. Always bad ping. Servers are always lagging and constant interruptions in their work, I do not recommend anyone

The worst hosting available today. It's worth starting with their attempt to correct the reviews on TrustPilot, they wrote to a local news channel that they are entitled to a monetary reward for a review on TrustPilot. As far as I'm concerned, this is already wrong, and the site also contains an untrue assessment from TrustPilot (On the main page). And now let's move on to the servers. I have been using hosting since mid-September and I can say a lot. It's worth starting with a huge ping on ALL nodes. That is, even if the server is close to you, the ping can reach up to 200. Permanent shutdowns without compensation will make 20 out of the 30 days you bought. You will lose your data and all information about the server, and no one will help you with any of this (on November 20th, the hosting was hacked AGAIN). I have never met any players who have received compensation for the loss of their server and previous balance. The administration of the hosting itself is seriously children, they don't understand how things work, there was even a case when the CHIEF ADMINISTRATOR spoke rudely about one of the buyers, for no reason. And for all this, the player received compensation from ANOTHER ADMINISTRATOR. The absurdity is absolute. In no case do I advise you to buy anything

Отличный хостинг, бесплатный тариф очень крутой, но он может в любой момент выключиться но это очень редко. Цены кайф покупал тариф и он даже оправдал свою цену. Да у хостинга есть недостатки, но они минимальные)

Данным хостингом я пользуюсь на постоянной основе уже почти пол года, вот мой объективный отзыв.
Сказать что хостинг плохой я не могу, но его стабильность и репутацию очень сильно пошатнули разного рода инциденты, которые начали происходить ещё летом, от взломов, до частых тех работ. Изначально мой сервер был на Германской локации, потом я перешёл на Москву, о чём ни капли не жалею.
Недавнее событие со взломом, который совершил бывший тех. админ очень сильно пошатнуло репутацию хостинга, бекапы сохранились только на Московской локации и Германской ноде Д4, я не сомневаюсь что это были очень трудные времена для администрации хостинга, но меня радует, что они делают всё дабы восстановиться.
Теперь обобщим ситуацию на данный момент:
Плюсы:
•Хостинг активно развивается
•Крайне приятный состав администрации, которые пытаются помочь с любым вопросом
•Постоянно выходят промокоды и проводятся различные акции
•Хостинг перешёл на своё оборудование, поэтому стабильность сейчас на высшем уровне
•В случае неполадок очень достойная компенсация обеспечена
•Адекватные цены, а если для вас они большие, то можете поймать какой нибудь промокод (есть даже на 90% скидку)
Минусы:
•Не очень удобная клиент панель
Больше минусов я не наблюдаю, а о прошлые проблемы хостинга я не вижу смысла писать, так как они уже все исправлены. Я остаюсь здесь несмотря на прошлые ЧС, потому что верю, что хостинг учится на своих ошибках и постоянно совершенствуется.
В общем хостинг советую к покупке, из-за повышения цен и неудобной клиент панели оценка ниже.

Hosting was fine at one point. I Was using it since December 2023, In December 2023 it was beatifull game host, the support anwser was under 5 minutes, and in now days we have to wait days till they anwser. I Mean I can understand that the hosting is growing and much changed. But they have araud 30 staffs, and about 60 servers on their host.. more than 2 days... Some people waiting weeks and weeks for anwser from support. And they dont say good thing. They are telling - "Hi! Sorry, we lost all your data, You need to make a backup of you data, Have a good day!"

In August 2024, I been using it, Hosting was attacked by a hackers. Hackers deleted all data from many nodes. And I lost all my data, and anwser from a support was "Sorry, but you have to do it all over again". They dont gave me any compensation. I Lost my money, power, and trust for this hosting. They I Left.

In October 2024, It was hacked again. Beacuse of Yaroslav(One of 4 CEO's on hosting), he downloaded all shit on his server, and beacuse of this, hackers recived all information that they needed. It fullu Yaroslav's fault. Beacuse of his, This hosting doesnt have any chance for living.

I Also found intresting that hosting is actualy doesnt have it's political point, On a main site, there is said that they follow the United Kingdow law, In Discord they are saying that they follow the Ukrainian law. And Owners(Yaroslam, Andrei(w), and rest) are saying they are following Russian Federation Law. They are bypassing sanctions, by transfering money from many faces.

Also I found intresting. On their site, they have a 4.9 Stars on Trustpilot, but actualy its around 2-3 stars. They are paying money to people to put 5 stars for they hosting. ugliness

Oops! We recently got hacked, but we will make fun of you in tickets instead of giving answers about your data. Worst hosting and the worst support I have ever seen

Хороший хостинг имеет бесплатный тариф который подойдет многим. Дешевые тарифы по сравнению с многими конкурентами. Отзывчивый персонал который помогал мне не один раз. Стабильный ТПС и отличная DDOS защита. Так же бесплатный хостинг имеет 12 гб оперативной памяти! Не каждый хостинг может похвастаться такими характеристиками. Настоятельно рекомендую!

Everything is quick, cheap and stable. No objective problems found so far.

But just in my opinion:
Interface is not really comfortable to navigate.
And i've got problems with getting my password and login for pterodactyl. I think instruction on how to get it should be shown immediately after buying any product. I've had a need to check their discord to find instruction...

После переезда на московское оборудование сомневаюсь что у этого хостинга есть какие-то минусы, да, сейчас наблюдаю что время ответа поддержки повысилось но в целом это не критично. За свою цену, пушка! 11 из 10

I've used this hosting for some time before, and I'm really happy I've migrated to another provider. Before I was purchasing a VDS from them, and I always had to wait at least 7 days until it'll be approved and I'll have access to it. Had lots of issues with it, and the support wasn't really helpful either. I've tried using the Minecraft hosting, and all I can say, this hosting provider is really bad, don't use it. They got hacked multiple times, and a few days ago, their clients database got leaked, emails, passwords, IP Addresses and more was leaked. As I've mentioned before they were hacked multiple times, loosing not only client's servers' data, but their passwords as well. The reason for the latest hack they say is that their system administrator had added a backdoor, and they did specify in the message that they did see them edit the code. However, they didn't check the code at all, this stupid mistake costed lots of clients their emails exposed to cyber criminals. They also have a channel in the discord server where you can leave reviews, however they moderate this channel. When I tried to leave a negative review, they deleted it instantly. And when they got hacked they locked the channel! I do not recommend this hosting provider for anyone. Back to the VDS, I've moved before a huge accident happened on their VDS hosting side, they had a bug that deleted 30% of client's VM's. Many of them had Minecraft servers and other important stuff hosted, they gave no compensation, and when I asked for a refund, they told me to send a mail to an inactive address, great! They had a lot of German nodes, and after this hack they lost all of the data. All of the clients data is lost, all of their hard work - gone! They removed all of the German nodes, and only have a russian node at the moment. Let's talk about their another project, Ascory. Ascory ended up to be an exit scam, I've thought of using them, but fortunately I didn't add them on my website, since they just exit scammed. Netnull who was using Ascory on his website, asked to withdraw the funds, they told him to wait, and after 7 days, they disappeared! Any of Apex Universe projects cannot be trusted, since they could just exit scam or get hacked every month and you'll just loose your data. Many clients say that the prices are really cheap, however I've seen hosting providers with much cheaper prices and better quality. If you want to start a Minecraft server, please find another hosting provider, never use any of Apex Universe projects, because you may just loose your funds. After the hack, they purchased WHMCS, a pretty good dashboard, however no one returned any of the clients their money onto their balance, so many clients have lost quite a lot of money. The uptime of the servers aren't more than 80% at it's best, issues occur mostly at the daytime which really influences the player count on customers' servers. The support doesn't help, and if they do, good luck because you would need to wait at least a month for an answer. I do not recommend this hosting provider to anyone, I would advise you stay away from any of projects that are owned by Apex Universe Networks Ltd.

Endless hosting hacks. Already 3 hacks in 3 months. A week ago, the database of all clients was leaked onto the Internet. That is, their hashed passwords, emails, names, etc. This is very sad and offensive. Now the hosting is carrying out technical work, and it is unknown when everything will start working again. All my server data is simply lost and the only way to restore it is a backup, which I did not make. That is, 2 months my work was simply thrown away. Support in the literal sense doesn’t matter to the clients, there are children who behave in an uncultured manner and do not understand the problem at all.

I don’t recommend purchasing hosting here, save your money, time and nerves.

Самый ужасный хостинг. Последние несколько недель производительность была на низком уровне, в этом обвинили мою сборку, хотя на другом хостинге она хорошо работала. А недавно и вовсе удалили все данные, так как их взломали уже 4 раз. Не советую этот хостинг если вы не хотите чтобы ваши данные удалились в один момент
