“Paid for Premium Hiring Package but Received Poor Leads, No Support & No Resolution” | “Very Disappointing Experience with Apna.com as an Employer
We subscribed to a paid hiring package from Apna.com worth ₹6,000 + GST for a 3-month duration, but unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing and resulted in a complete waste of both money and valuable business time.
Despite the promises made during the sales process, we received no meaningful hiring results. The leads provided were largely irrelevant, low quality, and did not convert into genuine candidates. The platform’s promotional claims and assurances given before payment did not match the actual service experience.
One of the biggest concerns was the lack of proper customer support after onboarding. Once the payment was completed, the sales representative became completely unresponsive over calls, messages, and emails. Support tickets also failed to provide any practical resolution. Most responses appeared automated or delayed, and the support process only consumed more time without solving the actual issues.
We repeatedly requested assistance and eventually asked for a refund due to the poor service quality. Initially, we were informed that there was no refund policy. After continuous follow-ups over chats and support channels, we were later assured that a refund would be processed soon. However, even after nearly the entire package duration had passed, no refund was received, and we continued to receive the same repetitive responses without any resolution.
Overall, our experience with Apna.com as an employer was highly unsatisfactory. The platform significantly overpromised and underdelivered in terms of lead quality, customer support, and accountability.
We strongly recommend that businesses carefully evaluate the service before purchasing any paid hiring package. Our experience resulted in financial loss, wasted resources, and unnecessary stress.
